No drive thru, it's a bit small & tiny , but able to dine in, I just moved into the neighborhood and the staff recognized me already, it just on & off the Saw Mill pkwy exit.Always go b4/after the rush hrs. It will get packed due to the pkway. Food is good for a grab and go snacks . The place carries medium noise atmosphere, til the teens dine in. Small parking spaces , DD isn't the only , the lot shares parking spaces with 4/5 other businesses shops. Coffee made fresh. Good selection of donuts. read more

for a quick fast bite dd is ok and this dobbs ferry dunkin is no different then most dd i have visited. the pros of this location, large and spacious with plenty of seating, fresh or close to fresh donuts and other menu items , decent hot and cold coffee beverages, quick service and plenty of outside parking .the cons, not really much comes to mind as its dunkin donuts and what you see is what you get snd thats good enough for 4 stars on my yelp meter. read more

I WOULD LEAVE 0 STARS IF I COULD. I may never go to dunkin again after my past 2 experiences with this location. It is a drive thru, and they take FOREVER!!!!! Today I waited for 15 minutes and when I finally got up to order, no one spoke to me as a greeting or asked to take my order. I said hello about 10-15 times and still no one responded. I was under the impression that the speaker was down. Finally someone asked me to wait a moment. Waited another few minutes, no one ever came back. I finally left in a fit of rage. This is my third time at this specific DD, each time was unpleasant, but it's close to work so and convenient. I draw the line here, I went in to order a bagel and cream cheese with jelly, when I got to eating it I realized I was just eating bread. I dont know why I was denied a full serving of cream cheese or even jelly. Its ridiculous. I will not be back at the location. You make other DD look bad. read more

This Dunkin' Donuts is horrible! The line is always long and slow and to top it off the workers are extremely rude, unprofessional and they always get your order wrong. The so called manger is horrible and rude. I called to tell her they gave me the kind of coffee which I realized when I was at work already and she replied "so" and then hung up on me! I don't know who owns this franchise but I suggest they clean house and get all new staff because they are horrible and the so called manger who always has a puss on her face is the worst! I have a serious issue with DD: They make great coffee, I mean really great, but I just don't get the food. The donuts always taste like plastic (Although they look gorgeous). But I see many people here getting them in dozens, so I just don't know. Maybe it is my taste, maybe it is the DD Donuts. So my opinion about Dunkin: Very good coffee, so Starbucks can go on and charge their crazy amounts. And their bagels here are also good. This DD needs to get new staff. They are not polite and every time I go there they manage to mess up my order no matter how simple. The coffee is horrible when made. This is absolutely the worst DD I have ever been to. I usually make coffee at home, but if I am ever in a rush or think to treat myself to a cup of coffee I don't have to make myself I'll get it from some place. I've only been to this DD a handful of times, maybe 4. Its location is extremely convenient because it's literally right next to the entrance to get on the Saw Mill South for me to get to work. That's the only thing it has going for it. The parking lot is atrocious. There are about 6-7 other small stores in this strip and they all share about only 25 spaces, not to mention it sometimes takes you a 27 point turn to get out at all. The people working inside are ALWAYS different. I've always gone in the morning, and I've always seen an entirely new crew of people. One particular employee (tall, young, ginger haired boy) was texting on his phone while inputting an order for a customer, which he turned out to get wrong. WHO WOULD HAVE GUESSED??? All of this would be looked over had they not gotten my coffee order wrong every single time. I am not a high maintenance coffee drinker, and I don't order 6 shots of espresso, hold 3, add 9 3/4 sugars, and 1/4 cream plus whipped cream. I order: medium regular hot coffee, one sugar, just a splash of cream; enough to color the coffee. And EVERY TIME.... my coffee looks like a glass of milk that someone squirted the tiniest drop of chocolate into. I'd like some coffee with my cream, thanks. I've made them remake it every single time, and most times the employee helping me looks at me like I never mentioned anything about it. Maybe this is too much, I don't know. I come here may be 2 times a week the staff is nice I do love the turkey veggie sandwich I've had it at other DD I still haven't tried it at this location. But far as the service the ladies are always nice I get my coffee and a smile I recommend this location it's clean and there is plenty of parking!! read more

Most Dunkin' Donuts shops offer pleasant and efficient service. This one is a notable exception. There are always long lines here (they seem perpetually understaffed in the mornings). The manager, Liz, is the most sour-faced and charmless individual. I have rarely seen her smile or say anything pleasant to a customer and it always feels like you are doing her a favor by being there. When she was out on leave for a while, service improved dramatically and became more pleasant; then when she returned, things declined again. read more

I live in Dobbs and often go to this Dunkin because it's convenient. EVERY time i go there, the service sucks. They are unfriendly and simple orders are wrong. Every time I order coffee it taste burnt. It's a shame that they can't get this store together. read more

In a time of caffeine need, I went to my local DD. Despite it's small size, most counters were seemingly clean and the girl working was quiet, but fast to get our coffee and have us on our way. This DD is historically not one of the better ones. There were a few months where things seemed to improve and then suddenly it all went downhill again. Staff is generally unfriendly and I have several gentleman speaking to the staff in a highly unprofessional manner. I even contemplated contacting the Dept of Labor for issues of harrassment. Probably the worst Dunkin Donuts I can think of. This place almost always messes up your order and is always full of rowdy teenagers trying to get chasers for their illegally obtained alcohol. I have no idea how this place is still open because their coffee always has this burnt, over roasted taste and their baked goods are stale with the consistency of styrofoam. I usually order a black iced coffee with one Splenda (nothing too complex) and somehow that order became a game of broken telephone and I received a Coolata drink. Not quite sure how that happened but it did. I politely asked for an iced coffee and received a rather unmannerly eye roll from the young man behind the counter. I asked you for an iced coffee not even with milk, don't act like I asked you to drive me to the airport. Please clean this place up and get some better management.
