Went in for some avocado toast today around 12. The gentleman at the register was very polite. I ordered 2 avocado toasts with bacon and was waiting when a couple of people came in. At this point the person working food starts getting angry loudly saying "are you kidding me" "I can't do all of this" followed by "are you fucking serious" loud enough that eventually the older gentleman sitting next to me told him to chill out. I go to this location a several times a year. Their filled donuts are a hit and miss. Sometimes they are filled and other times there only a small dollop inside. Today, I got a chocolate cream donut and it was great! However, I ordered a hot chocolate as well. It was the worst hot chocolate I've ever had at a Dunkin Donuts. It was literally just warm milk with Zero chocolate flavor. So disappointed right now. I will never order another hot chocolate from this location again. read more

I love this dunkin'!! They have messed up my iced latte before but if I just let them know they will replace it no problem. Everyone at this location is so friendly and welcoming. I love the DDPerks too, definitely the best rewards points system i've used so far!! Pretty much your standard (yet conveniently located) coffee shop/chain. Plenty of donuts and drinks to choose from. Everything looked appetizing. The place seemed fairly clean and organized. The employees were friendly and attentive. Tip: on National Coffee Day, they have free iced or hot medium sized coffees. :) read more

Every time we come here the employees are very helpful and nice. I love the ice coffees here! The flavors are great. I just tried to mocha iced coffee and it's good but it might be a little too chocolatey. Don't get me wrong I still love it! If you eat here often I would suggest joining their perks program. read more

Just ordered coffee and a bagel, bagel NOT toasted, just sliced. I was the only one ordering, and they made me go to the end of a long counter to pick up my bagel rather than bring it to me. Their bagels are some of the worst I've ever had. I've been to Dunkin Donuts all across the country and this one was terrible. They don't even put cream cheese on your bagel, they throw a packet of cream cheese in your bag and then claim that they're not allowed to do it for you when they ask what's wrong with you. Like someone wants to mess around with that early in the morning before they've even had coffee. read more

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Every time we have come here either they have no donuts (ok so they had 5 to last the remainder of the lazy workers shift) or their donuts are old. I have had to throw away whole boxes of donuts due to it being old. Even my kids or dog wouldn't eat the donuts. We stopped going here. They just don't care about the business. I have been here three times in the last month. They have a vanilla cupcake swirl latte that is just amazing. I add skim milk and two pink sugar packets and all for 230 calories so way better than starbucks. I have mostly had good experiences, the first time I walked in and the lady was super nice even though it was early in the morning. The second time I ordered via the app and was so easy and this last time I walked in because I had a survey. Every time I order this latte it is extremely hot. I can't even drink the latte for at least 20-30 minutes. I don't think that is safe. I would give this place a three or four but this last trip was not so good. The lady at the cash register got my order wrong and the "kitchen/coffee station workers" were making the wrong drink and so I told the lady that it was incorrect and then the employee got mad at the cashier, who got mad at me. I'm sorry you put the wrong order in and also I didn't complete my order so technically I could change it if I really wanted to. Anyways then I hear the employees in the back making the drink snicker about the order and then something else about another customer. I'm sorry that is not professional at all, as a customer I don't want to hear that stuff. read more
