Great store! I tried on the go ordering through the Dunkin Donuts app. My drink was ready for me once I walked in the door. So easy! The drink was made exactly how I pictured it. I got the iced pumpkin latte. Their donut was good too. What I like about this location is that it's shared with a Baskin Robbins. So you can get your coffee, donut, and ice cream all at the same time. LOL. While I was in the store, there was an ad for Donut ice creams! Sounds delicious! read more

This location is awesome. The typical morning staff is quick and courteous. My order is always correct and served quick. The donuts, sandwiches and coffee never disappoint. This is also the area's only Baskin Robbins, which is a sweet treat to have on occasion with my friends. 12/10 keep up the good work. read more

Want to see what's inside your "cream filled" donuts? Cut them in half along the injection point. You'll find there is no cream or jelly 1/2 inch past the hole. This place has gone downhill since covid. read more

The service was very bad. When I was there someone cut me and my family in line and didn't even bother to say sorry. The workers were staring me down and making feel very uncomfortable. The food took 10 minutes. Never coming back. Lost a very loyal customer. The drink making station was very messy and there was a mess everywhere on the counter on the floor and I didn't really want my food. read more

I was happy that I had found a donut shop that had lemon filled donuts. I bought 6. I got one out to eat, the donut was stale and hard, so I tried another, same way. My Mom tried one and threw it away after a couple bites. The next day the donuts were had as rock, so I feed them to the squirrels, they complained about them also. The donuts must have been in the display for at least a week or longer. This was my 1st time to a Dunhin Donuts and my last. VERY DISAPPOINTED. read more

Donuts taste stale. I get Dunkin a lot but was not impressed. At 10 am donuts should be fresh.

i really enjoy the coffee from Dunkin as well as the small food items I get. The donuts have been very stale recently but that's not even my issue. The people here are so rude it's unbelievable. I've had a man laugh at me because of my order having a few add ins. The only people who haven't been completely disrespectful were younger females. But the males that work there are so rude. I had a TERRIBLE experience here. COVID-19 is nearly at its peak and NOBODY had gloves on in this location. Also, they gave me food that I did not order. And the Munchkins I ordered were just tossed into the bottom of a bag, loose, by gloveless hands. I tried to call to request an email address tied to the store in order to report my experience to the manager, and they hung up on me. My next email is to the Ohio Department of Health. For your own safety and health, avoid this location at all costs. read more

This dunkin is hands down one of the best around, I'm willing to drive an extra 10 minutes of my way just to go to this one! Let's start of with pricing, dunkin has a the best prices around I only pay $2.58 for a huge large ice coffee ( I come everyday) and food is good priced as well. I have never waited longer then 5 minutes in the drive- thru before! The employees are always so very sweet and look very clean! Like I said before I am a regular so they greet me already knowing my whole order and i'm out with in minutes! I have never had a problem here before and I know that they would fix it for me as best as they can, yes most of the workers are not the best English speaking but you shouldn't judge them for that, take a few minutes to actually try and talk and they always do great! thanks for being so awesome guys! read more

Coffee is well beyond sub par. I had an iced latte with vanilla.it was overly sweet and had a really bqe chemical aftertaste. My strawberry frosted donut was OK. But not great. Defiantly nowhere near the quality of donut man and places like Ghostlight coffee, but hey, I den't really expect much. Service was OK, but not great. Overall. It's a chain. What do you expect. Cheap coffee is cheap coffee, even adding bad flavoring can't change that. read more

This is actually a combination Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin Robbins Ice Cream. The food and coffee tastes great (been here several times), but as I was throwing away my trash today, a big roach ran up the cabinet and was running around the countertop and then up the wall. It was disgusting. Needless to say, I will not be coming back. I don't live in dirty conditions at home, so why would I pay money to eat somewhere that's dirty. It was a big, well-nourished roach, too. They probably have roaches running all over their donut and ice cream makers, equipment, and food at night. Yuck! read more

Going through the drive thru, every single time they get my order wrong, which is frustrating because I WANT them to be good as they're one of the only D&D's in the area. In MA, there's a Dunkin on every corner. Not so much here. I specify, very clearly my order (because it was wrong last time and maybe I wasn't clear enough), I hear an "ok" on the other end, and though they are very nice people, they don't seem to understand English very well. It's completely frustrating. I have had better luck actually ordering from inside the store (which seems to be a weird Dayton thing - seriously, who does that anymore?) I can then point out what I want and they see clearly what I'm ordering with a visual. I'm afraid I'll just have to let my beloved Dunkin go, which sucks. read more
