Aren't all chains the same? Well I would say not, especially when it comes to customer service I just needed an iced coffee and there were 4 cars in the drive through so I popped inside. Don't come here unless you're a masochist. I'll explain why, but it'll be painful! Haha, no really, this place is a total shit show, and I don't employ these words lightly. For one, this store simply cannot process mobile orders correctly. I can't think of a time where my mobile order didn't require a trip back inside to get what I actually asked for. I overheard someone behind the counter today say "our mobile orders aren't working right." Secondly, the owners simply don't know how to stay back and let the employees do their job! They hover, and they don't know their products. Today was the second time that the lady physically took my phone to review my mobile order. Wtf? Not only is this odd, but are they aware of how many germs (and what type of bacteria they are) are found on mobile devices? Then you use these hands to handle (incorrectly prepared) food? Yuck. I ordered COFFEE and the owner gave me a puzzled look. Dunkin prides themselves on their overrated crappy coffee, I'd figure you'd get a lot of orders for this one. Apparently they do after all, because the vat of "sunrise batch" (or whatever the hell they call the latest summery gimmick variety) was all out and I had to wait for more to be brewed. It didn't matter, as it was still lukewarm upon drinking it 5 minutes later. Consistency is also an issue. My girlfriend got me the sunrise batch yesterday and believe it not, it had an actual depth of flavor and was quite enjoyable to drink! Today? I couldn't taste anything, it was like what comes off the BUN machine at a diner. Then again, it may not have been sunrise blend that was given to me today. Thirdly, the drive through line is usually terrible, which necessitates a trip inside if you value your time. It's a better window into their operations than the drive through, and it'll give you a chance to bond with other customers who come in to state that something was omitted from their drive through order, their mobile order isn't ready yet, their drink isn't what they asked for, etc etc. The sad part is the employees seem to know their stuff and want to do it right. They were definitely not short staffed today and one person in particular is very knowledgeable and friendly in the stereotypical gruff Jersey way. She ought to be running the place, not the meddling, incompetent franchisees presently at the helm. As a millennial, I'll say their regular avocado toast is usually pretty decent for $2.99. Today's was generously schmeared with their avocado spread and seasoning reminiscent of Trader Joe's "everything but the bagel." Now they have a bacon one for an extra buck. Somehow, I don't think a few shakes of bacon bits (perhaps Baco's if you remember those) is worth an extra Washington. Are you on the go in the AM and expect convenience? Keep driving! Wawa, McDonald's, Sbux, QuickCheck, and even 7-11 (the pits) are superior alternatives to the DD experience you'll get in Bordentown, and these venues are all within a couple minutes of here. This place is terrible!they are sweet people just like there donuts but their service and drinks are not so sweet Drive through is so long it feels like just one person is running the whole place and if thats the case I would be rethinking about keeping this place open. I order a frozen hot chocolate because they are yummy at least when I go to a different Dunkin they are. The frozen hot chocolate is supposed to be a thicker consistency. It is more liquidy and there are these strange bubbles at the top. When I take every sip of this drink I'm chewing small balls of ice. What the heck! that is not supposed to be like that learn how to blend ur ice better. When I got the drink and took the first sip I accidentally spit it out a little because it was nothing that I have tasted before and as I spit it out I got some in my lululemon scuba. This place always does the maple sugar snacking bacon all wrong, 3rd time this has happened to me at this location, they always forget the sugar, I know I sound like an fat mf, but I'm actually skinny. I've been going to this Dunkin' Donuts location for a few years. I've always overlooked all their minor issues with long wait times on some days and continued to faithfully go every single day. Until this month, February 2021!! Suddenly, they decided that they don't want to fill your cups all the way. They fill your hot coffee 3/4 full or less. I gave them the benefit of the doubt but after it happened 5 times in a row, I stopped going there. Shameful to rob people of their normal amount of coffee. read more

But for peace of mind and less anxiety I think I'm going to travel the extra 2 miles! They NEVER get your order right. I placed an order through app they got it incorrect. Told me to come back. Went up to order at this Dunkin Donuts. We attempt to order 2 medium coffees with milk and sugar, a blueberry donut, and some egg thing(I wasn't the ordering, someone else was). We specify several times that it is 2 medium coffees with milk and sugar and EVERY SINGLE time the person would say "1 milk and sugar?" Then for our egg thing the person kept saying the wrong breading despite us saying several times which bread we wanted. We finally cancelled the order and left. Let me preface this by saying, I only came here because I had a gift card. I only get unsweetened iced tea, that's it. They're stale, tiny donuts suck at every location so forget them. The unsweetened iced tea had that ever so slightly funny, old taste, which means it's on the verge of being too bad to sell. It's wasn't fresh and should have been dumped. I asked for a medium iced tea. I heard the female drive-through employee tell the guy making it, that she put the iced tea in a small cup but it should have been a medium, so just add more ice. They add enough ice as it is. I didn't want a glass chock-full of ice with a little bit of tea poured in it, so I told her I didn't want a lot of ice. Then she changed her directions to the guy, and told told him to now add more tea to the glass too. You gotta love how they do the easy, lazy fix if they think no one is watching. 4 strikes and done! 1st Saturday - cashier missed ringing up 1 of 2 sandwiches in the order and the kitchen misses 1 of 2 coffees. Saturday# 2 - double toasted bagel is single toasted - kitchen blames the cashier for not ringing it up right; bagel re-made but this time with regular cream cheese instead of veggie cream cheese! 3rd Saturday (the grand opening) - we make sure that the cashier rings it up as double toasted; it doesn't matter to the kitchen! Saturday #4 - cashier rings it up and then walks over to the kitchen to make sure they get it right - and they yet don't!! And the remake of the bagel this time has so little cream cheese that we had to trash the bagel - back to the DD on 206 - painful U-turn, but at least they can make a bagel right!! read more

i love dunkin. i always get a bacon egg and cheese bagel and it's really good. it's all i've eaten for like the past week but sometimes it's upsetting when they don't have any plain bagels left but it's ok because i also like everything bagels. i'm an everything type person and yeah. i also like their iced tea but i usually get a medium iced coffee with sugar and creamer and it's really good but my friends make fun of me for not getting a flavor in it so they like the flavors. good job dunkin read more

I have gone to this Dunkin' Donuts on my way to work about 1-2 times a week. And I go through the drive thru to get the 2pm special coffees (which are priced at $2 for a medium). And literally for the past 2 times I've gone I've asked for almond milk in my coffee and I've gotten whole milk. I'm not usually one to complain about things like this because I'll just drink it anyway but this is super frustrating because milk doesn't agree with me. read more

I've tried my best to avoid this dunkin, but sometimes I'm late for work and cannot avoid it. This time was worst than the last. My order was very simple, first and everything bagel toasted with cream cheese, at 11am when I ordered, they were out already. In fact, they had a choice of 4 bagels, plain, blueberry, garlic and onion. So I settled for onion. Then a boston cream donut. When I got the bagel, it was not toasted and had the smallest amount of cream cheese they could have possibly put on it. When I opened the donut bag, the piece of paper they used to put it in the bag was covering the chocolate and when I took it off, 75% of the chocolate came off. I used to go to the other DD at 1073 US Hwy 206 N, Bordentown, NJ 08505 every day before work. The owner was always very nice and had even memorized my order! When this DD opened, I was hesitant to go, out of my loyalty to the owner at the previous location. However, this DD was actually on my route to work and after being pressed on time one day, the drive-thru really made all the difference. So I decided to give it a chance.. and I was pleasantly surprised to see the same owner of the previous location in the drive-thru after placing my order! Now, I visit this DD every day before work. Not only am I still remaining loyal to the owner, but the location and drive-thru are a major convenience to me as well! Customer service is always amazing from everyone on the staff. I am definitely willing to recommend both locations to others! read more

Wow, I have no idea what other reviewers are talking of, this is by far, and I mean it by far the best DD around. The coffee is always fresh and bold, unlike the watered down coffee that you get from other DDs around. The employees are so nice and easy to work with. Had many interactions with Paro and she is always awesome. DD has a drive through as well which is very convenient. If you don't like anything about the coffee, they are happy to fix it for you. I am a frequent patron of Dunkin Donuts in Bordentown. Most times when I drive through, the staff get my order wrong. When I point out that there looks like there is too much milk, they seem to get annoyed. This happens frequently, therefore I have decided to post my revue. Tonight it happened again 2/2/17 at 4:30, and the young lady seemed annoyed when I suggested that it didn't look right. I love the location! The other local Dunkin Donuts has no drive through. The service is quick and the food is fresh. Only 2 points to consider... When ordering at the drive through in early morning hours, the sun glare does not allow for a clear view of the menu. A mini roof is needed. Secondly I ordered a croissant toasted with chicken salad, my usual favorite, and it was barely warm. But I still will go back because I love D&D. read more

This Dunkin' is on their game in the mornings. I've seen a line of 12 cars go by in less than 10 minutes, which is impressive if you ask me. They are also great at mobile orders. I have never waited more than a minute after placing my order and walking in. Mornings at coffee places are usually rough, but they do a pretty good job of handling the rush and keeping it together. read more
