First, let me state that we have been fans of DD for decades. Unfortunately, this DD location has Absolutely the worst service we have experienced in many years. We have tried this location a dozen times and the service continues to decline. Waited 20 minutes for our order last time and the order was wrong again (which is a consistent theme). Terrible service!! I walked in on a cane to purchase a couple dozen for the start at the Biloxi VA physical therapy center. I waited a full 10 minutes and all I got was "we will be with you in a few minutes " 3 times!! After the third time I hobbled out. I just called the dd corporate office about this location because you can't reach them at the phone number provided. Which imo, means talking to the manager there anyway wouldn't do any good. They filled a coffee cup up to the very top with extremely hot coffee and didn't even warn me. So hot coffee got all over me and my car. You have one, okay two, jobs - coffee and donuts. The donuts are subpar, nothing close to the wonderful bakeries nearby, so why not work on being better with coffee and customer service? The coffee tasted burnt and had twice the amount of cream I wanted so I basically paid for someone to spill hot nasty coffee on me. never have I ever seen such disrespect in a drive through and I am 42!! I pull to window and the employee takes my card, charges me, gives it back and slams window. no words at all. No hi, good morning , nothing. Same employee named Teneal (sp) , charged me for 2 chocolate donuts at speaker and informs me at the window that all they have is powdered. I moved near this location in 2020 so this became my newest go-to DD. 9 times out of 10 they make my coffee perfect to my liking (extra, extra with a little flavor). I typically get a wrap and where other locations usually burn them I usually get one done perfectly from here. I know things have been rough with covid, but in the last few months this location has gone downhill, esp with donuts. They never have the ones you want. They rarely have munchkins. It's like they run out but I go in the morning. It's almost as if they aren't being made fresh and they sell all of them until they are gone. The glazed donuts almost always look "wet", not glazed, and that's a sign of age. They are often slimy too. I get wanting to sell before you make more so you don't waste but the product coming out is garbage. Today my coffee was really bitter and my wrap was barely warm with its contents 70% on the outside of the wrap with a funny taste, and the donuts (pictured) looked gross and old. The drive thru also looked overgrown and dilapidated with the grass and menu falling apart. Super disappointed. I've been going to Shipley's for my kids donuts for my a while because the quality and selection is a million times better. Hope this location gets back to its original glory! read more

When this store first opened it was fantastic. The crowd the have working there now is lazy. Instead of taking orders they'll make you stand there while they joke around and act like you coming in is cutting in to their time, instead of working. I've had several orders that I NEVER change (iced coffee and a bagel) rung up differently so theirs prices are never the same. I've had them burn the bagel to a crisp and just throw it in the bag without any of the wrapping for it. Change out all the workers and maybe this place will be good. As a Philly native, I was excited beyond measure for the MS coast locations to open. I was severely disappointed once they did. A large iced coffee, with sugar and extra cream should be the same at any location (they use numbers, if you don't know) but it's never the same. I went through the drive through. They had very limited options of things they actually had. The coffee was terrible , they made mine and my friends wrong. I didn't say anything, she did because she asked for no whip cream due to being allergic and they added it anyway. Once we were ready, we let them know and a sassy little girl came over the speaker and said with attitude "Um were actually really busy you're going to have to wait a minute okay?." Customer service was horrible. I went through the drive thru and my family and I ordered two separate orders which was placed all in the same bag. We couldn't determine which sandwich was which and we asked the manager on duty. She told us to sniff them and that's how we should know.
