I know at times this location can get backed up at the drive through.However, I use it nearly ever day and I have generally found the service to be excellent. Several of the workers even remember my name as I always order on the app and give my name when picking up my order. And they remember it and they are friendly. This may seem like a small thing but in this day and age of impersonal service it's so refreshing. They have never gotten any of my orders wrong and more than once they apologized for the slower than desired service. I know it can be frustrating when waiting in a long line but I have watched people with very large orders at the drive up window loading their car up. There is really nothing the staff can do about that other than trying to get the order out as quickly as possible. It's not an easy job and I believe they are doing their best. read more

The doofus with the spiked red hair at the drive-thru needs to learn some manners. I said hello and he didn't respond, I waited for my food and said thank you, he didn't respond and then I repeated myself "thank you" and he looked away. Please be polite to your customers! Also hey you're an adult fix your dumb hair! When you take your next 15 minute break, check out some of the YouTube videos "please and thank you." This Dunkin Donuts should be out of business or under new management!!! In the last few months EVERY time my adult grandsons and I have gone to the drive thru they mess up our entire order and they act like they are doing you a favor for waiting on you!!!! They are so rude they practical throw the food at you. But today they went above and beyond to get EVERYTHING wrong with our order and I truly believe they do it on purpose!!! It's always the same guy & girl who mess everything up....EVERY time!!! We were there at 3:30 this afternoon and ordered 2 Bagel, WITH cream cheese they gave us 2 bagels with NO cream cheese! 2 sausage, egg & cheese breakfast wraps and 3 egg & cheese breakfast wraps. None of those wraps were ever cooked. they just took them out of the refrigerator and threw them in the bag!! All 5 wraps had ice cold sausage, egg and cheese that was NOT melted. the only thing that was warm was the hash browns. Those two people should be fired, that was in no way an accident to get all of that wrong. Normal I check everything before we leave but it was late and we wanted to get home.....and is it really MY job to make sure they did their job??? My suggestion to everyone is DO NOT go to that Dunkin Donuts, if they are doing that to your food they are probably spitting in it too!!! Fed up with bad service in Bartonsville, Pa. I was trying to call in a mobile order and was getting sent all over Stroudsburg being told was at wrong one! I finally landed here and no order for me I was very frustrated and explained that to the employee Spencer, who was very kind and made me my coffee because he said I've driven around too much! not gonna lie this is probably one of the worst dunkin's i've been too. the workers are super lazy especially when it comes to taking peoples order! i would walk in and will be standing at the register for at least ten minutes before i was ask if i wanted help to order! especially when there isn't anyone in drive through or in the store which doesn't make sense to me. i made three visits this week because it's the only dunkin where im located and had the same experience every time as well as the crap quality of food they provide! my first visit my hash brown tasted old and like cardboard but had already grabbed my food and left when i noticed it, but didn't think much of it and gave them the benefit of the doubt , the second time i ordered the hash brown and a coffee and when i received my ordered i made sure to look and when i ate a hash brown it tasted like cardboard and was cold, i spit the hash brown on a napkin and then asked the employee with glasses that took my order if these hash brown were old because they didn't taste good and ask if it was fresh, he then told me that they weren't and was made earlier in the day! i then told him if i can get fresh hash brown because that's what ordered not something that was made hours ago. another male in the back made me a fresh batch and apologized. now i went for a third time today ordered the new six dollar meal they have in drive through and asked for FRESH HASHBROWNS!! because this time i didn't want to walk in and to my amazement the hash brown yet again wasn't fresh! but hard and small because they reheated the old hash brown from earlier to not make fresh ones like i ordered!!! please people avoid getting food here it's terrible and so is the service! just order coffee because that is the only thing they seem to do right! read more

We went to Dunkin in Bartonsville, PA on Saturday, February 27, 2021. I noticed that the girl making the food was not wearing her mask over her nose. I asked her to cover her face properly. They sent who I assumed was the manager because she did not identify herself. She was terribly rude. I told her about the girl's mask and her reply was 'it slipped down'. I said she needs to tighten the nose and tie the ears. She nearly yelled 'that's not what she needs to do'. She was so rude. I will never go back there again. We are in the middle of a pandemic and the people making food at your Dunkin are not properly wearing their masks. read more

This location has its good and bad days. I would rather drive the distance to go to Starbucks then return here. Last time I spent nearly $5 on a chai latte which I didnt receive because I was given somebody's mobile order - the line was ridiculous to go back and correct it. read more

Workers are generally unpleasant and they only care about drive thru orders. If it's actually open to walk in, be prepared to wait forever. Orders are often incorrect and be prepared to sit in a drive thru for 30-45 min read more
