There have been only two girls working there every time I go. Sometimes they can't even open the store. Service is slow or non existent. No managers ever present. Dunkin needs to hire more people or get rid of current management and help their current situation. read more

I have never been more disappointed with a Dunkin Donuts service. I came in with my children. The entire store was packed so I waited for my online order. A young woman told me that they can't make my order after we stood there for 10 minutes. She said the machine was down and "would you like me to piss it out." Anytime I come into this location, the service is awful but today was the absolute worst and we will not be coming back to this location because i don't want my children to hear how bad these people speak at this location. read more

I Have been coming to this Dunkin Donuts for the last 6 years. It is 3 minutes from where I live. The service and quality used to be top notch across the board and then it changed completely. I order the same coffee everyday and it is a gamble if I get the coffee made correctly. I have the app and the free coffee usually just gets waisted because the order is wrong. If you tell them it is wrong, they act like you don't know what you are talking about and you probably said it wrong. It is a complete hassle. It is very disappointing. I understand the labor market is tough, but thlocation is one of the worse. You don't feel welcomed anymore and it is just sad. read more

You know, there are times when you ponder "is it just me?" and times when you know--you KNOW--it just isn't. This is a clear cut example where the latter reigns supreme. I like to think I'm a fair person. Everyone is allowed a bad day, even (especially?) at work. But the service at this DD is insufferable. Maybe it's a horrific work environment here...I don't know. But if you're not on the receiving end of a terrible attitude, the apathy in this joint is all but palpable. But let's talk about the product received instead of just the exchanges with surly employees. I could maaaaaybe look past the Debbie Downers if this spot consistently touted solid product. But, um, not so much. Of maybe the last five times I stopped here, my drink was spot on maybe...once? At least twice it was bad enough to warrant an immediate trip to the garbage can. Impatient at the drive thru. Large Latte was only filled 2/3 of the way (and lukewarm at best), and the person at the window had the personality of a door knob. Also had a breakfast sandwich and it was literally thrown together, I had to reassemble it to eat it, bacon was in the box, but it was however delicious and could've been much warmer. read more

I come here every morning before work. I have a DD two blocks away from my house and refuse to stop there as it takes forever to get my order. This DD on 121st and Cicero is by far the fastest! I can only comment on the morning crew and their service because this is the only time I go. The line is almost always long and this might scare people away but when I say they are fast I'm not joking. I can be the 5th in line to order and within 2 to 3 mins later I have my order in my hands. The manager is always there with a smile and it reflects on his employees. They are nice and friendly! This is exactly what I wrote on their online survey - Nearly every time I go to this Dunkin I am not told the total price of my order, not thanked, not even smiled at. Half the time my beverage cups are not entirely filled to where they should be. Whenever I order an iced beverage the sugar/flavor is never stirred and I have to deal with a giant glob of it at the bottom. I have never gotten such awful service from a Starbuck's or a privately owned coffee shop. I try to avoid this store whenever I can, but it seems that most Dunkin locations are, unfortunately, just like this one. read more

This store customer service needs much improvement. Management of store is not the best. No employee have name tags. Some are just sitting around and talking. My order came from another location but one in the area and my Vanilla Chi was made wrong. I asked if they could remake it since I was closer to this location because I work next door. Not 1 single employee was of help. And argued with me the entire time. Not once was there any type of resolution offered to me. I was beyond upset with service offered. I ordered a coffee at 5:30 in the morning and when I opened the cup when I got to work, I find out it wasn't a coffee. I took it back and the one of the employees tried to give me a replacement, but when I told her I bought a coffee from some where else, she cursed at me. i love dunkin!! but the last 2 times ive been to this location ive had bad luck. so i always always get an iced mocha latte, so the first bad experience was when i grabbed my drink it started leaking all over me in the car! there was a slit on the side of the drink. i made my husband go in and get another one. second time they gave me a caramel iced latte, instead of a mocha. im always loud and clear when i go through the drive through. uggh oh well i guess not every dunkin is good. read more
