I Have been coming to this Dunkin Donuts for the last 6 years. It is 3 minutes from where I live. The service and quality used to be top notch across the board and then it changed completely. I order the same coffee everyday and it is a gamble if I get the coffee made correctly. I have the app and the free coffee usually just gets waisted because the order is wrong. If you tell them it is wrong, they act like you don't know what you are talking about and you probably said it wrong. It is a complete hassle. It is very disappointing. I understand the labor market is tough, but thlocation is one of the worse. You don't feel welcomed anymore and it is just sad. read more

Have been drinking Dunkin's coffee for over 50 years. Has always tasted great and still is my favorite. Donuts and sandwiches are OK. But it's the coffee that keeps me coming back. read more

Impatient at the drive thru. Large Latte was only filled 2/3 of the way (and lukewarm at best), and the person at the window had the personality of a door knob. Also had a breakfast sandwich and it was literally thrown together, I had to reassemble it to eat it, bacon was in the box, but it was however delicious and could've been much warmer. read more

You know, there are times when you ponder "is it just me?" and times when you know--you KNOW--it just isn't. This is a clear cut example where the latter reigns supreme. I like to think I'm a fair person. Everyone is allowed a bad day, even (especially?) at work. But the service at this DD is insufferable. Maybe it's a horrific work environment here...I don't know. But if you're not on the receiving end of a terrible attitude, the apathy in this joint is all but palpable. But, um, not so much. Of maybe the last five times I stopped here, my drink was spot on maybe...once? At least twice it was bad enough to warrant an immediate trip to the garbage can. I come here every morning before work. I have a DD two blocks away from my house and refuse to stop there as it takes forever to get my order. This DD on 121st and Cicero is by far the fastest! I can only comment on the morning crew and their service because this is the only time I go. The line is almost always long and this might scare people away but when I say they are fast I'm not joking. I can be the 5th in line to order and within 2 to 3 mins later I have my order in my hands. The manager is always there with a smile and it reflects on his employees. They are nice and friendly! I love donuts! But don't go here. The workers are very rude. I'd give one star but I like donuts so I added one. Go here if you don't mind rudeness. You'll hear it the moment you say anything on the drive thru. I mean I know you work at dk donuts and you may hate it but that doesn't mean you should pass that to your customers! This store customer service needs much improvement. Management of store is not the best. No employee have name tags. Some are just sitting around and talking. My order came from another location but one in the area and my Vanilla Chi was made wrong. I asked if they could remake it since I was closer to this location because I work next door. Not 1 single employee was of help. And argued with me the entire time. Not once was there any type of resolution offered to me. I was beyond upset with service offered. This is exactly what I wrote on their online survey - Nearly every time I go to this Dunkin I am not told the total price of my order, not thanked, not even smiled at. Half the time my beverage cups are not entirely filled to where they should be. Whenever I order an iced beverage the sugar/flavor is never stirred and I have to deal with a giant glob of it at the bottom. I have never gotten such awful service from a Starbuck's or a privately owned coffee shop. I try to avoid this store whenever I can, but it seems that most Dunkin locations are, unfortunately, just like this one. read more

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts ever. I came here around 5am and ordered a coffee and a muffin. When I got to the window my order was, of course, wrong. The manager was in the window and told me that I didn't know what I ordered. Um no I know what I ordered. Drive thru lacks customer service skills. We were nice and polite, the gal at the window was short and rude.

I ordered 2 hot teas.I don't believe they used boiling water cause it got cold in less than 10 min in a car . It's not just me but both of us feel like throwing up! I don't know what water they use . Please be aware when u buy a tea at that certain place . No more tea from DD ever! read more

I ordered a coffee at 5:30 in the morning and when I opened the cup when I got to work, I find out it wasn't a coffee. I took it back and the one of the employees tried to give me a replacement, but when I told her I bought a coffee from some where else, she cursed at me. I tried to get a refund, and they wouldn't give me one. Good customer service is not even close to a priority at this store, so disappointing how they treat people. read more

i love dunkin!! but the last 2 times ive been to this location ive had bad luck. so i always always get an iced mocha latte, so the first bad experience was when i grabbed my drink it started leaking all over me in the car! there was a slit on the side of the drink. i made my husband go in and get another one. second time they gave me a caramel iced latte, instead of a mocha. im always loud and clear when i go through the drive through. uggh oh well i guess not every dunkin is good. read more
