This place was SUPER DISRESPECTFUL when it came to the entire experience!…read more I was there to get two Presidential Moonrock Prerolls, a paying customer and when asked if I could use the restroom they treated me like a homeless person! Instead of telling me I was against their rules they instead treated me like garbage for no reason. I know the owner Ron Cunningham from previous endeavors and when I reached out to him he Dismissed me like he didn't even care his and his employees banned me from ever buying from there!!!! I just had to use the bathroom. I wasn't trying to rob the place but they acted as if I was going to. The owner doesn't care. He says he's gonna fix a problem and instead he banned me from the store. Would not recommend coming here, you overpay and then if you use your debit card, you have to pay like $3.50 on top of whatever your bank pays. They round it to the next $5.00 increment !! It's highway robbery a $10 item turns into a $17-$20 item. I don't know how they're still in business. Don't go there if you don't have to. The only reason they got a one star rating is cause I have to give them at least one start to submit my review. They don't deserve any stars.

If I could give a zero star I would…read more If this is the closest location to you, make the extra drive to a different T-Mobile store, preferably a corporate location. It will save you a lot of time, frustration, and stress. This is an authorized retailer store that DOES NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. We were almost out of pocket $2,500 for their mistake! Our experience has been an absolute nightmare. We went in with one simple goal: switch from our previous carrier to T-Mobile. Instead, we spent almost two weeks dealing with problem after problem because of mistakes made at this store. We were initially charged activation fees, then told our phones couldn't be transferred after all. We were eventually told there was nothing they could do, asked to leave the store, and left without service on either of our phones. Their solution was to use someone else's phone at home and come back the next day; even though they had already said there was nothing they could do. We ended up driving to a corporate T-Mobile store, where we were told this location had handled our account incorrectly. The employees there explained they regularly have to fix issues created by this store and that this wasn't the first time they'd seen customers affected by similar mistakes. To make matters worse, we had to reconnect with our previous carrier after our service had already been disconnected, leaving us without phone service for days because that process and quick turn around is hard to do without phones to call and a quick turnaround. Even now, more than 10 days later, we're still dealing with the fallout. We were also promised a refund for the activation fees. The store told us to call Customer Care because they couldn't process it. After spending hours on the phone, Customer Care told us the refund had to come from the store. We were sent back and forth with no resolution and no accountability. The employee who assisted us, Rainey, simply apologized and said there was nothing they could do. Unfortunately, we never received the help or support we needed from anyone at this location. We had to get outside sources to help. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I genuinely want to help others avoid the experience we had. We wasted countless hours, made multiple trips between stores, went days without phone service, and are still dealing with the consequences. I will never return to this location, and I cannot recommend it to anyone. Save yourself the headache and visit a corporate T-Mobile store instead.
