I would like to send a shout out to one of your sales reps. Eric Waklee from the Rib Mountain store was simply amazing to work with. I was looking for a specific piece of exercise equipment and contacted 2nd Wind via your website. I did not want to be bombarded by telephone calls and the typical sales pitch. Eric respected this wish and the majority of the sale was completed on-line through the exchange of emails. This showed the Eric actually read my request and respected my wishes. The entire process was smooth and quite expediated. When I showed up to the sales room, paper work was completed and all I had to do was sign where needed. Again, I cannot say how much I appreciated the smoothness of efficacy of this transaction. I will return to 2nd Wind because of the way I was respected and treated by Eric. Thank you again.
