I've been to plenty of pawn shops an every once in awhile I'll get ask is it stolen or where did I get it but I never get asked that question again once it's been asked an the look she was giving me an then on top of it she tried to super low ball me trying to only give me 120$ for my item even tho I've pawned it before an got 175$ everytime an she trys to tell me that thats her price an it's take it or leave it so I left an came back the next day she wasn't in meet with a older gentleman with grey hair an guess what I got my 175$ an not one time did I get asked was it stolen or was it mines because if she would've taken 30 seconds to look up my pawn history an see that I've pawned this item so the old guy with grey hair is really nice to deal with

When I ask for the timeline to the bow being finished, I was told the string wasn't delivered but should ship by that Friday and the bow should be done by the next week. Another week passes and no call to update on my bow status. I call the store and the same employee from the prior week answers the phone. I'm given the exact same story about how the bowstring wasn't delivered yet but should ship out that Friday and the bow done the following week. I pulled up the bowstring on Amazon and a few different sites and I saw I could buy the bowstring to be delivered within a few days. When I pointed this out to the employee he got snippy with me and said maybe I should have brought it in when they weren't in their busy season. My opinion is if you want timely and good customer service, then this is not the place for you.

He walked us through the pricing, which was very reasonable, and all of our rental options with ease. He and his staff were super friendly and punctual with both the drop off and return and the pontoon we rented exceeded our expectations. I had a…read moremotor cart because I have disability problems..I got my prescriptions and wanted to shop and my battery in my cart was going dead...I asked three different associates to help me and none of them would help me so I had to keep turning it off and on to make it to the front ..when I got it to the front I told a associate it needed to be charged and he just walked away from me ...I have never been treated so poorly before in any store...very sad ..not sure if I will Ever go back and will tell everyone I know what happened to me.

Went to guest service to return my item and no hello, showed my receipt and the cashier didn't believe me that the item was in good condition, when tags were still on and never worn.
