They are extremely reasonable on payment. Yes, Dr Parks makes his own crowns, and I have a few. Love it. He is creating the shape with his own mold. I think that is a plus. I have never had any problems. I have never seen him mistreat anyone, all employees I see look respected and well trained. Also, when I am in waiting area, I hear people who have moved away from West Seattle but continue to come back and drive quite a distance to come back to this clinic. When I am in the chair, I have plenty of time to listen and never have I observed any employee getting treated disrespectfully and my observation is the various assistants who work with Dr Park very much respect him and he is able to kindly explain (or train) his crew to get what he needs.

I've never been a fan of the dentist ever since having some bad experiences as a child. Dr. Smith was excellent from start to finish . The preplanning appointments a few weeks ago, the actual implant process today all of it was smooth and dare I say fun ! Dr. Smith was very conscious of making sure that I felt nothing during the procedure and we even had a nice conversation as he took breaks from drilling a titanium screw into my jaw . Literally could not have asked for a better experience. Shout out to his assistant Trish who was in there helping him today as well. Oh and did I mention I had my procedure this morning .. it's a beautiful sunny Friday and as he promised he would , Dr. Smith called me at 645PM on a rare sunny Friday In Seattle . He was calling to check in and see how I was feeling. I'm blown away and I would highly recommend Dr. Smith to anyone who is looking for the best of the best .

Dr. Saturday's care has become increasingly transactional, with a revolving door of receptionists, hygienists, and assistants and very little continuity of care. Appointments have also felt rushed and overbooked. At my most recent cleaning, I was told that two existing fillings now need to be repaired or replaced. One of those fillings was done at this very clinic just over two years ago, which wasn't mentioned and was only confirmed when I specifically asked. I was then asked to schedule the procedure, which I did, and only afterward informed that a 50% deposit was required due to a new policy. That seems like something a patient should be told before committing to the appointment. Dr. Saturday has also suggested that my dental issues may be related to nighttime grinding and jaw alignment, despite having no previous history of these issues. Given that Dr. Saturday recently opened a sleep clinic, I think it's fair to question whether there could be a potential self-referral or conflict of interest and whether that relationship is being appropriately disclosed. This clinic was pretty good when I first started. Unfortunately, the quality, communication, and continuity of care have steadily declined. Stay away!

She even took a quick look at my X-rays and discussed some concerns I have regarding my child and a possible tongue issue. The front office team was incredibly kind and helpful. They took the time to schedule me for additional education so I could learn more about the concerns we discussed. What I appreciate most about Dr. Saturay is that she doesn't just look at teeth she looks at the whole person. She helps patients understand things that the average person may not realize can impact the longterm health of their children and family. Her dedication to education is truly remarkable. WHAT THEY DO WELL…read more The staff are professional and helpful. I've never has any issue getting an appointment in a reasonable mount of time. They are also good at working with insurance providers. The exam rooms are clean and provide ample privacy. (The same is not true for a competitor just down the road) ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT I Seemed to be at the mercy of the dentist on shift whenever I went in. I prefer a little more consistency for the sake of patient continuity. Unfortunately, while the service I received seemed great at the time, I ultimately ended up with 2 failed crowns, and each time was referred to an Endo for a root canal. In both cases, the root canal was halted mid-procedure due to the fact that the tooth was cracked to the bottom of the root in multiple places. The Endo claimed that in both cases the DDS should have seem this in x-ray and never crowned in the first. The only good option from the beginning was to extract and get an implant (or denture). Since this office doesn't perform those services, one can only guess they wanted to get paid for the crown work, costing me the patient thousands of unnecessary dollars and much discomfort. To be fair, the crown did postpone the extraction by several years. SUMMARY If you are just looking for cleanings and basic dentistry at a convenient location that is clean and accommodating, this is a great place. If you require any care of a more serious nature and want to work with someone you can trust, look elsewhere.

I'm a Flight Attendant and it's hard to call and not get interrupted and have to call back. They have a "Text" system in place that's not robotic at all; their staff actually will reply and have a conversation with you via text which has always been a huge plus for me. Before my eldest turned 17, I had 3 children receiving treatment at this location. They always made it so that I could have them come in same day, back to back, or even have 2 go at the same time depending on the type appointment/treatment. In addition, the care they provide is top tier. They are very transparent and help you with everything. They send you an email with the most in depth details of treatment, after care, and everything you need for your records. In addition, its forms you can read and understand, they don't use their medical language and confuse you and have you on Google searching every other word. They also have this thing they do where they'll give you coins afterwards to reward great behavior and the kids can take their coin and go buy a little toy from their super cool little play room area. The office is clean and cute pediatric friendly environment. The decor is cute and not too much. They have street parking which I've never had an issue with. There's stores and banking institutions on the same street, they offer Wi-Fi too. They are great with rescheduling but be sure to reschedule within a timely manner. Two of my youngest had to have a procedure at the ages of 5 & 6. They had to have anesthesia administered and the procedure was a couple of hours for them both. My children talk about it to this day because they think it's funny that they were having a conversation with their dental team and just fell asleep and didn't even know they had any work done. They kept my children there for about an hour and half after each procedure to make sure that their procedure and recovery went well. This was done on a Friday. On Saturday morning, I received a call from Dr. Mcdonald checking on them and making sure they were still doing good. I then received a call from the anesthesiologist, Dr. Kim to follow up as well. 3 of my children have been seeing Dr. McDonald over the past years and recently my oldest was referred to a adult dental office after turning 17. Myself and my 17 yr old had a horrible experience recently with another practice and it just reminded me of how much I wish he could've just continued to come here. When you get the best of the best, you are caught off when your treat like less elsewhere. My only con is they are pediatric only and don't take patients over 16/17. My only advice/suggestion would be to notify patients a year prior to them no longer being of age to receive treatment; because the bar is set high with you guys and we're jaw dropped and caught off guard when other practices don't live up to yours or maybe just maybeeeee look into adding services for adults too. It is okay to be busy, it is okay to not accept new patients. But if you are so busy that you can not even call back a possible client or patient, that is not okay. Hire more staff, obviously you need it. After moving to West Seattle, I notice that this is a theme in the area with medical and dental offices.
