Within minutes he was able to diagnose the problem, He told me he would look up the cost of the part and get back to me. It wasn't 2 hours later he texted me a price. It was during this time that I realized that it was still under warranty and while on the phone with LG, was texting with Leo to ask questions. I was able to get him set up to be able to order the part from LG for free under our warranty. It took a couple days, but he stayed in contact with me and after a few days of waiting, informed that the part had arrived. We scheduled a time for him to install and he came this morning to do the job. He was quick and efficient and it was about 35 mins and the job was complete. The dishwasher sounds like it did before and we can't be happier with the job. He charged us for his time only, just as we discussed. I hope I don't have to call him again for something else broken, but if I do, won't hesitate. Also, I plan to also share his info with anyone I know who needs an appliance fixed. A true and honest repairman- so rare to find these days. Call him, you won't be disappointed!

When the technician came, he explained that there was a problem with my compressor, but the good news was that the refrigerator was still under warranty. AG Appliance Repair was kind enough to file a claim with LG, and once LG accepted the claim and mailed the parts, AG Appliance Repair came back promptly to fix it.
