Second - he shows up when he says he will & offers free estimates. I had Cliff do several odd jobs that needed tackled (install hardwired fire/carbon detectors, install threshold strips, repair misaligned doors, install new auto door locks, install new door bell & cover & a few other odd jobs) He was meticulous - every task was done to perfection..His rates are very reasonable especially for the quality of work he performs.
