We send them a text with a photo of the model number of our dryer, and they got back to us within hours. We were able to have them visit the next morning, and they fixed the problem. They also let us know that the smell that we smelled from the dryer? It turns out that there was a small lint fire in one of our hoses, which is alarming news to hear but good to know.
