She and her co worker Nicole are very competent and go the extra mile; sending me pics and reports on bathroom "duty" after every walk. They also do overnights when I'm out of the country or state. Caitlin Is absolutely amazing! She took care of my 2 cats for 18 days and you can't go wrong using her! One of my cats needed insulin shots twice a day plus medication which she administered without any problems! She plays with them, made videos for me to watch! She loves cats very much! I thought about not giving a review, not because I didn't love the service, but because I did the love service and was afraid everyone would use them and they would fill up when I tried to use them again. It is obvious Naomi and company love pets. The constantly provide pictures of my dog Cabo playing with the other dogs having a great time. Naomi is amazing!! We needed help with our puppy during the weekdays while I was in the hospital & dad was working. I was so anxious to leave her - we adopted her during the pandemic and I haven't been working so have literally spent every day by her side for a year. I researched all options in the area and had a good feeling about Dulci Paws. We did a free meet & greet and I could tell Naomi & her staff really care about animals. She walked/visited our pup 2x/day for a couple of weeks & sent photos & a report each time. Then we did boarding at her house for 5 days, and I was so scared for my pup to be away from home without us for the first time! But Naomi sent photos and updates each day and my worries turned into relief so I could focus on having a baby! I am so happy I found Dulci Paws and will continue using their services. Naomi is THE BEST. We have a very nervous rescue, and she has gone above and beyond to bond with him. Seriously...it took 6 months for him to not run and hide under a table or bed. Now when she arrives he is a bundle of energy and kisses and she has the opposite problem (needing to get him to sit and be calm). I love that she text messages us details after she walks Danny. I am so glad we found Naomi! She has been our pet sitter since May and I couldn't be happier. She's been so reliable and always keeps us up-to-date on how our dog and cat are doing when we're out of town and missing our little furballs. I always look forward to her email updates or the notes she leaves when we return! Our dog, Lucky, rarely gets along with other dogs - I've tried to have her befriend with the neighborhood dogs, even ones she sees more than twice a day. No can do for me! We ran into Naomi once while at the North Hollywood Park and Lucky was so excited to see Naomi AND her dogs. Somehow, she got our dog to play well with others...I don't know how she does it! She truly cares about our pets - If she's ever concerned about them while we're away, she always contacts us. When it was getting hot, she emailed to ask if we had an A/C unit; unfortunately, we didn't at the time, so she made sure they stayed cool with the fan. Awesome! Naomi is the MOST on-the-ball, responsible, pet service owner you could hope for. She and her crew are very reliable, whether in a pinch or providing scheduled services. I always received a helpful text message (sometimes with pup pix) at the time services were provided. My little ones, Solo and Luigi, got the absolute best care. They were showered with attention, and got whatever they needed every visit. The best part for me---I always came home to happy pups and never came home to an "accident"!
