I had my first visit at Duffel Dental today and was so impressed! The staff was so quick to get me…read moreback and so friendly. The check in is easy and X-rays were great. Usually I hate the X-rays because they're so rough and quick but she took her time and was very gentle. Dr Duffel was great! He was super friendly and easy to talk to. I normally have severe dental anxiety but this place eased my nerves so fast. I already scheduled my next appointment and am (for the first time) actually not dreading it!

They are efficient. The staff is always friendly. I love Jeannette! She does an amazing job! She is gentle, but my teeth feel clean after my visit. On July 3rd I was seen by Dr. Patrick for a routine cleaning at 20 weeks pregnant. A small cavity…read morewas found and a filling was offered. I agreed to the filling and was seen same day. During my filling my mouth was cut twice and I was told there could be some swelling after but it would heal without stitches. I was sore after once the numbing wore off but thought nothing of it however it only got worse over the weekend and by the 6th I was in excruciating pain so I went to urgent care. Urgent care immediately referred me to the emergency room due to an aggressive infection stemming from the filling. I ended up having an overnight stay with close monitoring to make sure both my baby and I were safe. I had left a massage with the office over the weekend and they called while I was still hospitalized. Dr. Patrick looked at it after the hospital stay and stated the infection should have been impossible as it was a small cavity and there were no signs of infection from the x rays taken that day. They asked what they could do to make it right, I requested the medical bills be covered as this was due to the filling completed in their office. I sent over medical documents as requested and they turned around and stated they would cover nothing. I walked in healthy and left with an aggressive infection that could have killed both my daughter and I yet they refuse to take accountability and I am forced to bear the financial burden for their mistakes. ***To get a comment back about how they care about providing the best experience to their patients is a slap in the face after the experience their office caused. There is no care to be found since they can hide behind the threshold of what attorneys will take. My daughter and I became a reasonable risk to assume since recourse is limited

(they have very relaxing chairs with messagers! and flat screens above so u can watch tv...it really does help) the treatment was very affordable ( i did call around and price other offices) I SOO GIVE THIS OFFICE 10 STARS FOR SURE!!!!!!!!! thanks dr recknagle and staff! i will be referring everyone to your office.

And after you have a cancellation fee, they will inform you that you can no longer schedule your kids more than one at a time because they got the flu.

I lucked out coming here because it's the first dentist I have gone to since moving to Oklahoma, but it proved to be a great choice. The staff is SO friendly and personable. I came in while pregnant and they accommodated all my needs to make sure I felt safe and comfortable while getting my teeth cleaned and my fillings done. The office is super clean and I loved being able to watch Martha Stewart bake cookies while i had my work done, it was a great distraction.
