In our situation a disturbing noise was coming from the rear of our Class B RV. We were almost 3 thousand miles from home and the RV is home on our Road Trip. On Friday a tire store had referred us to Scottie as they felt we probably had a very serious problem beyond their skills. Showed up Monday morning 8am and Scottie took it for a drive. He was able to quickly determine that is was A) A defective tire (brand new tire) and B) A leak in the rear caused by a clogged filter. Thank you Scottie!!

For sure he says, I just had a cancellation so if you get here quick we can do it Once there we discuss it and come up with it's not to bad most likely a bearing and ring and pinion. How much I ask and please over estimate. He tells me 600$ labour and 400$ parts. Great I say, let's do it. I'm back in Nanaimo on Thursday, no problem he says. I called on Thursday as I was coming out of bamfield, hows it going I ask?? Looks real good, just bearings needed no ring and pinion, you have good ears to hear those bearings he tells me. Are we still on budget then I ask?? Oh ya he tells me but not ready till Friday. Ok I say Friday morning I call him up and ask if it's going to be done today and how much is the final bill?? I'm told 1875$ now!! Why so much more?? Ad ons he tells me! What ad ones?? It's only bearings!! He didn't want to tell me. We had some words to each other and he says pay me my money or I keep your truck. After an hour I call him back and agree to pay him but he won't take a credit card, cash only he says. Long story short,, the truck got towed out of there with the rear end takin apart and parts stuffed in a box. That night I decide to look at reviews, I wish I would have looked at them first. Many people have had the same kind of dealings with him. Just a thief praying on people. Say what someone wants to hear and once he has your car he can throw out any number he wants

First one was a glass shower stall, then most recently replacement windows in a cabin. For the first purchase, I was most impressed with their level of after-sale service-they came twice, and readily so, to adjust and tweak the strength of the magnetic close of the shower door. Remember, I live a ferry ride away. Then with the window purchase, Mike worked really hard to schedule Butch to come out to measure at as early a date as they could make it, then scheduled me very quickly after the windows arrived. Again, this is scheduling for an Island visit. Butch's measurement and assessment of the situation was careful and precise, so much so that when he and Derrick came to install, it was smooth and efficient. AND they cleaned up beautifully afterwards. Meanwhile, the office team of Melanie and Tasha were always helpful on the phone taking and confirming orders. I have experienced nothing but 100% customer satisfaction. THESE FOLKS TAKE CARE OF YOU, GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!
