I dont know if we were rejected because we are black or Americans. It definitely wasn't because of dress code for we were better dressed than most of their customers. Therefore, I would never recommend this place.

Definitely a nice place to go to escape the heat. The staff are also friendly and very prompt with table service.

Not only was this conveniently close, the food was consistently delicious. I always had the Cobb salad because it was great and I didn't find great salads elsewhere in Paris. My wife always tried something new and it always tasted fresh and delicious. The owners and waitresses were always friendly. We got along great with them because I'm also Argentinean :). They always remembered us and asked about the baby and made us feel right at home. Give them a try, you won't regret the experience. We've since moved back to California but will always remember this cafe as a special part of our 2-year Parisian experience. I hope the best for Resto Today!

The young guy took our orders but the bartender spoke better English so she took over. Everyone there was actually super nice to us and we were the only non french people there. We ordered the apple specialty bourbon drink which was amazing and had pieces of real apple in it. After I switched to a classic old fashioned which she made just as good. By the way these are very strong drinks, well worth the $13 euro price tag. A guy then went to the small corner piano and began playing live music on a Wednesday night at 11pm! It was insane and he played some nice Earth wind and fire along with other American classics. It was such a great way to end a long day! I loved this bar and hope more of you are able to experience it.

We had to convey to the French speaking employee that we have no number to get our order because there wasn't any paper in the machine. We ate upstairs. Cool! I have never been in a 2 story McDonald's. It was a mess. The employees had not been up there in who knows how long because because I could only find 1 table that didn't have a tray of trash on it or food crumbs. The food: my fish sandwich tasted just like the one in America. My daughter loved her bacon Big Mac. Everything else was good. The fries needed salt since they had none on them. We ate & cleaned up our table. No employee ever came upstairs to clean. Oh and they sold Heineken beer at the kiosk. Really different for us Americans.

Service: 5 The waiter was nice and he was attentive to what we were trying to order despite not speaking French. He knew some English too so that helped a ton! Food: 5 We ordered beef tartare, onion soup, and the mix cheese and meat charcuterie board. The beef tartare was very well seasoned and tasted so good. It came with fries that weren't very salted which was fine because it paired so nice with the beef tartare. The bread came with the board which had a nice mix of cheeses and meats. The onion soup was really nice. It didn't hit you with a strong flavor and smell of onions and the toasted baguette in the soup added a nice crunch. Overall, it was a nice meal and I might try something different than the cheese and meat board.
