A friend told me about brain balance and I can honestly say it has been life-changing. I remember being frustrated because his daughter would try to tell me stories and I could tell that she was really excited and that in her head she was telling me a story but what was coming out of her mouth was not making any sense. We would never get what she was trying to say no one could understand her jokes she wasn't funny. She would get annoyed or angry if she told a joke and nobody laughed. Super socially awkward. People avoided her so it would hurt her feelings because she didn't have that many friends. She would go from zero to upset over minor things, instead of understanding that mistakes happen & I could tell she was just frustrated. We couldn't sit through a dinner without her randomly interrupting the waitress with pointless conversation, unnecessary comments, or spilling everything in front of her all over the table. She walked on her tippy toes and would fall a lot, or bump into things. She had to repeat third grade & the teachers felt hopeless as they thought she just wasn't getting it. They were trying to be nice but nobody wanted to say that she was on the spectrum. My husband filled out the questionnaire online and she qualified for brain balance. I really wanted her to have a better life. I wanted her to be able to make friends and not be awkward and not get made fun of, and not be so frustrated every time we go out together to eat somewhere. I wanted her and the siblings to get along better but they would fight all the time. it is a bit expensive and insurance doesn't cover it, but I would say to anyone who loves their children, that it works and you won't regret it. It's just a drop in the bucket when it comes to your child's well-being and their future expanding to its full potential. She now makes us so proud. She communicates with people clearly and sensibly. Is hysterical when making jokes doesn't get her feelings hurt so easily.. doesn't throw tantrums . Is more careful in how she does things. Her attention span has lengthened she does what she is supposed to. more structure was what she needed. Her mood has improved tremendously and everyone around her is more comfortable as well. She's doing so well in school now also, and is in fourth grade. She can stand up in front of the class and make speeches. She can be tricky which is a trait she lacked prior to brain balance. When I first met her in February, I told my boyfriend, she had the mentality of a 3 -4 year old. She even declared to us that she was still a baby and wanted to be treated as such, and that she shouldn't have to have responsibilities. He always thought she was too young for chores. That she couldn't accomplish a task bc she would be too clumsy or make it worse. Now just 9 months later she is telling us she is grown, not a baby, too old for brain balance, and she does her own laundry cooks her own meals sometimes and unloads the dishwasher daily like clockwork. She is so incredibly intelligent but no one would've ever been able to see it bc it didn't transfer into real life until after Brain Balance. I love how they just modified her diet and electronics time schedule, and worked with her physically, weekly, without any drugs involved and she is a whole different person now. I can see a brighter future for her. One that means she will be able to graduate classes with less difficulty, make friends and laugh at the jokes or tell jokes, instead of being the joke... she will be able to hold a job.. and she is much calmer now. she can comprehend better whereas in the past she would get so angry and all because she couldn't communicate what was going on or understand it. We all get along so much better. There is a lot less chaos in the house now. She even thanked me the other day out of the blue for no reason, for being order and structure into the home. She used to not have a sense of boundaries so she would just over eat, like if I brought home a bag of candy she would eat all of the candy in that moment versus having one or two and saving the rest, and now she eats better. I would give it 100 stars if I could and I tell everyone about it. At least check into it and the improvements will speak for themselves. If you have a child struggling in school or with daily activities, communication or relations, Or you feel they could be better but are not at their best potential, i implore you to please just look into it. It can't hurt. It's not a gimmick. Its changed our lives. I highly highly recommend it!!
