I couldn't even get a repair person to call me back about a piano tuning. When they did, they wanted a ridiculous amount of money and wanted to charge for a bunch of things I didn't need. Ms. Dugger was fantastic! She responded to my message quickly and did an outstanding job of examining my piano after the tuning; Muaw, chef's kiss baby! it sounds amazing. She is a consummate professional and I believe she's the best in the valley! read more

Knowledgeable and friendly service! Highly Recommend! Did a complete cleaning and tuning of my antique baby grand, excellent!

Kelly is fantastic. I had to find a new piano tuner since my previous tuner retired. Kelly did a great job with my piano, which was substantially flat. She repaired a keyboard clicking problem and cleaned the interior of the piano. I couldn't be happier. Oh and her tuning is right on the money (I checked). I will be using her again! read more

Kelly is an excellent RPT. Wouldn't trust my wife's baby grand to any other RPT. A gifted RPtT with a straightforward and honest approach.

I scheduled Kelly to tune and clean my piano through her website. Very easy to schedule. She arrived on time and went right to work. Dismantled the piano which made cleaning it very thorough and complete. Once cleaned she did a remarkable job getting it to sound as it should. It had been over a decade since it was last serviced. She was very pleasant and personable. She was extremely neat and tidy. The piano sounds like it did when it was new 35 years ago! Very pleased with the service plus she was okay with one of my little dogs trying to assist her. read more

Kelly is an awesome piano technician. Her tunings and piano maintenance are as good as it gets. Over the last 18 months she has really assisted me in getting my Mason and Hamlin A settled in and well maintained in its transition to the Vegas area. Each time she leaves my piano sounds better than it did the last time she tuned it. It really sounds amazing right now. She is as nice as she is skilled too. Wouldn't want anyone else to work on my piano. She is also expert in the Pianodisc system built into the piano as well as the Dampp-Chaser for the soundboard. Highest recommendation. read more

Kelly has been taking care of my piano since I moved to Las Vegas several years ago. She introduced me to a system for keeping my grand piano healthy in our desert climate....I actually add water to the piano! I love having her in my home and respect her commitment to excellence. Kelly has been tuning my piano for several years and is the best piano tuner in town, in my opinion! I have a grand piano and used to run a full private piano lesson studio from my home. Kelly always took fantastic care of my piano that was getting hours of use on a daily basis. Although I no longer teach lessons and the piano is not getting as much use as it used to, I still love sitting down to play after Kelly has come and worked her magic. Kelly is a talented tuner and musician - and just an overall wonderful human being. Highly recommend! read more

Kelly is very knowledgeable and friendly. I Love having her in my home and trust her working on my piano.

Kelly has been my piano tuner for years. Her work is exemplary, complemented by her personality, which is utterly delightful. In every regard, Kelly is a true professional, and Las Vegas is fortunate to have someone of her caliber caring for our pianos. It would be impossible for me to provide her with a higher recommendation than I entrust her as the "doctor/surgeon" of my prized piano. read more

Wooww, what an experience, I got this Yamaha u3 piano from craigslist pretty cheap, owner said that she didn't maintain it for ages, keys were stuck, inside was dusty, out of tune, it needed a deep cleaning, and there it comes Kelly, I wonder why we waited month and an half?? trust me every second worth waiting. By the time she was done (took 3,5 hours) the piano was ready for the concert hall. She was checking to see if the piano sounds perfect and started playing Claro de Luna by Debussy but stopped after a minute which ANGERED ME!! I said you can't stop now.. She played the rest and couple more pieces. She has a good sense of humor too as I said what if the check I gave her bounces? She said she knows where I live!! I am threaten because she also said her bf is a MMA instructor :) We loved her stories and already scheduled with her our next maintenance in 6 months, installing humidifier and replacing the back strings. I wish I didn't have to write this review and increase my wait time but I promised :( Anyways, she is the best! read more

We inherited my MIL beautiful Baby Grand piano. But the player wasn't working and I spent two days calling around to be told by everyone that I needed an entirely new player and I should just buy a new piano. Well that was never going happen. Then Dugger Music was recommended to us by the company that makes the player. She was amazing!!! I couldn't say enough wonderful things. Not to mention Kelly plays beautifully herself. It made my heart so happy to hear our moms piano! Thank you!!! read more

I just purchased an old piano for my daughter to practice on. Kelly took that old, out of tune, piano and made it sound amazing!!! She is very skilled and knowledgeable, showed up promptly at our scheduled appointment time, and stayed until the piano was ready for my daughter. I hired her to tune and clean the piano. She found a couple of small issues and clearly explained them to me and the cost it would be to fix those items. I feel the amount paid for the amount of work done was an excellent value. I'm sure you can get cheaper piano tuners (because I have before), but remember the old saying "you get what you pay for!" I highly recommend Kelly to anyone needing work on their piano. read more

Dugger Music Services - Kelly at work on this old piano of mine. - Piano Services Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

We have a 60 year old piano that hadn't been serviced in decades. Most concerning was a broken sustain pedal. Kelly came over and was able to replace the pedal and there wasn't any other damage. She thoroughly cleaned all parts of the piano and tuned each key. She then tested and played the piano to make sure the tuning stayed. Throughout she was very professional and personal. We will definitely be using her again and I highly recommend her to others. read more

I refer to Kelly as our piano whisperer. She is truly gifted and knowledgeable about maintaining pianos in top-notch condition. We're picky about our piano and we trust Kelly to keep everything operating smoothly. Our piano holds a tune longer with the humidifier she installed. The best in Las Vegas. read more

Kelly has serviced our piano a few times since we've owned it. Her appointment system makes it super easy to schedule online, and even reminds you when your appointment is approaching. I highly recommend Kelly's high quality services. We just moved the piano from California. It has never been cleaned and the tuning was done years upon years ago. Kelly is professional and her work is exceptional. I told her if it was too far gone I would understand. The old piano is sentimental and I could simply use it for decoration. But she carefully cleaned and tuned it to the correct pitch. Amazing! Her scheduling web-site is convenient and simple to use. read more

Big shout out to Kelly for fixing our piano here at Zappos HQ! It now sits in the lobby and sounds beautiful! I love that She was able to fix the broken hammers! I recently had my Yamaha baby grand piano cleaned and tuned by Kelly, and it sounds wonderful. She did a terrific job. I hadn't had any work done on the instrument for several years, and it required a pitch adjustment. Kelly explained everything clearly and was helpful in answering all my questions. It was fun to learn more about the inner workings. You can tell Kelly is a teacher. Thanks again Dugger Music Services! read more

Do not hesitate to use Kelly for all of your piano needs. She has brought my piano back to life after I moved it from a more humid climate in California to dry Nevada. When I first moved it to Nevada, it had so many issues and she has worked to fix them ALL. The tone of my piano is so much better now. I am a piano teacher and such a picky person (as in I have been having Kelly come almost every month now). Trust that she is the right person for your piano. Not only that, she is extremely reliable and not flaky like the other tuners in town. read more

I would like to update my previous review on Dugger Music. About a week or so ago, Kelly texted me and apologized for not getting back with me on the issue I was having. She made an appointment and came out again to the house to see what could be done. She spent an hour taking the piano apart and going through all the keys and trying to adjust anything that might have caused the keys to stick. She told me to let her know if it worked. She didn't charge to come back out and was very nice about it. read more

Kelly is professional from the first time you see her website, talk to her on the phone, and have her arrival at your home. She carefully evaluates each instrument, determining its needs and proceeds to return it to the best possible condition. Kelly is a fabulous musician with a great ear, making her tuning even more precise. She is as good as it gets! read more

My baby grand piano is 132 years old and is showing her age. I have had her for the past 13 years and honestly have not kept up with her well being. I found Kelly and was impressed with previous reviews so I scheduled an appointment. I was pleasantly surprised with the communication leading up to the scheduled time. On the day of the appointment, she arrived early. She evaluated the condition of the piano and found an unexpected problem which she took in stride with a remedy that worked. She spent a great deal of time trying to get the old girl as close as she could to sounding new again and giving her a little more life. With what Kelly had to deal with (loose pins, cracked sound board), she made the piano sound great. It was well worth the price and I suggest anyone needing some love and attention for your piano consider contacting Kelly. read more

Kelly was a professional from the moment she arrived and throughout her work on tuning my 30 year old upright Yamaha piano. She recommended equipment that would prolong the life of my piano but didn't push selling the equipment, other than to say that she could place the order for us when/if we were ready to purchase. She tuned our piano to perfection and played a test musical arrangement which I fully appreciated and enjoyed. I highly recommend Dugger Music Services for all your home piano needs. read more

Unbelievable service and talent! My piano has never sounded so good. I've always stayed on top of annual piano tunings, but her services are so much more. When we first met Kelly, we thought she only tuned pianos. But it turns out she does so much more - and all of it so well. She taught our kids music (on 4 instruments). She also writes and arranges music. There is no one better than Kelly at tuning pianos and arranging music. Kelly is so talented and her passion for all things music is evident. (Additionally, she is a genuinely warm, honest, and professional person. If your piano is beyond repair, she will tell you. read more

I have a great upright piano that i have taken it with me as i have moved over the past few years and never had it tuned, nor has it been played regularly in years. I could tell it was way out of tune and thought it was time to get it checked out. It was extremely easy to book an appointment with Kelly and i pretty much got an exact time she would be arriving to work on my piano. My piano ended up having a lot of cleaning needs and was extremely difficult to tune as it had been out of tune of so long that once she got it in tune it would immediately pull right back out of tune. Kelly stayed and worked on my piano until she was able to get it to hold in tune. I would love to take piano lessons from kelly if i could ever find the time in my schedule she is very friendly and is an amazing piano player. Once she finished tuning the piano she played it for a bit and i was in awe! read more

I bought my Yamaha C7 grand in 1985 and it has never had much maintenance other than tuning. The action had grown sloppy and the voicing was soft. In three hours of work on the hammers, keys, and action joints, Kelly transformed my C7 into a magnificent brand new piano. The difference is unbelievable, literally stunning. I had no idea my piano could sound and respond like it does now. (Sorry Steinway, my thoughts of "upgrading" just got erased.) THANK YOU SO MUCH, KELLY!!! read more

Great service! The piano sounds perfect.
