The customer service through scheduling is quick and they are very flexible as far as scheduling goes. Our puppy had made a serious stink on the carpet and after Oxi Fresh came, it was like nothing had happened. I seriously thought we were done for. The carpet was SO disgusting and smelly you couldn't walk into the house without gagging. I laughed when I saw the truck pull up next door...no way they could salvage that carpet. Guess What? I was wrong. Very wrong. The result was amazing....so much so, I hired the company to clean the carpet in my rental property...and I wasn't disappointed. The two gentleman who cleaned (I believe Nick was one of them) were friendly and took their time on the high traffic stains. Their process and equipment is amazing, right before my eyes I saw months old stains vanish.
