The machinery was an interesting thing to watch. One thing I wasn't keen on was we were told they would clean up the debris from the roof, which they did but much of the needles and such got pushed off onto the backyard. Luckily we hadn't gotten back there with the mulcher yet but this is going to add to our seasonal cleanup. Also, we had just added some sod in front and were trying to grow the rest of the front yard so all the spots fill in, there is a few gouges in the grass now and was flattened. They are in the process of cleaning up and 3 men are armed with rakes and doing a great job of removing the debris. The branchs where sitting on top of our neighbors cable, telephone & fiber cables. They removed the branches without damaging these cables and tightened them so they where not hanging in our driveway. We will call them the next time we need help. When I questioned it, he said that was the amount he quoted me, and he knew he quoted me [the higher amount] because he wrote it down while we were on the phone and that it's the same amount he always charges for a days work. What he didn't know is that I had a recording of the original phone call where he quoted me the lesser amount!!!! Not honest at all!!!
