The owner of this Lawn Care Service cannot be accused of false advertising, or even of overstating…read morehis willingness to work. Mr. Terrance Harris along with his son Traevon (together make up the 2 in the proclamatory name of their company) have taken care of my lawn for approximately two years now and I can say that they have never failed to please me with their final product. For decades I managed to take care of my yard alone. In that time I nurtured it carefully so that today it has become, at least for me, a calming and peaceful retreat. In recent years, however, I have had to give up my bi-weekly attention to it upkeep. Thus I was very cautious in choosing a lawn services company. I wanted one that would commit to a regular schedule, rain or shine, and that would maintain a dedication to its maintenance similar to the level that I had been committed to over the years. I can say that I found that company in Willing 2 Work. From day one Mr. Harris showed great interest in my needs and listened patiently to my peculiar litany of needs when mowing, trimming and generally maintaining my yard. He respected my requests and, over the course of these two years that he has never failed to deliver his services exactly to the level of my demanding instructions. He hasn't cut corners, or changed his methods in the delivery of his services, at least not without first consulting with me, explaining politely, succinctly and convincingly why his way was better. I am old and set in my ways, but not so set as to demand a businessman provide a service in a manner that is contrary to his own efficient means of doing business. I have learned much from this kind, hard-working gentleman, and am happy that I found him just at the time when someone of his professional attitude was needed. I sincerely recommend Willing 2 Work, and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of trustworthy, dependable and professional lawn care services.

Extremely Disappointed With Finch's Tree Service…read more Several months ago, I had Finch's Tree Service come out and give me an estimate. I told them I would contact them when we were ready to move forward. Despite that, I received calls and texts 2-3 times a week, many of them while I was at work. I eventually had to tell them to stop contacting me and that I would call them when I was ready. When we finally got everything in order and contacted them, they scheduled the job about three weeks out, which was fine. I took 8 hours of vacation to be home for the appointment. About an hour before they were scheduled to arrive, they called and said they had an emergency and needed to reschedule. I understood that emergencies happen, but instead of rescheduling for the next day or even the following week, they pushed the appointment another month out. I wasn't happy about it, but I agreed. The new appointment was scheduled for August 13 from 2-5 PM. On August 12, I called the office to confirm. After checking, the gentleman confirmed that we were on the schedule and that someone would be there between 2-5 PM. On August 13, I waited until around 4 PM and, with no one showing up, called the office again. The same gentleman confirmed that we were indeed scheduled for 2-5 PM. I explained that it was already 4 PM and no one had arrived. He assured me they would be there by 5 PM and said they would call if anything changed. 5 PM came and went. No one showed up. No one called. No explanation. At this point, this isn't just a scheduling mistake--it's a complete lack of communication and respect for a customer's time. I made arrangements twice, lost 8 hours of vacation time, waited patiently through a month-long rescheduling, personally confirmed the appointment, and still couldn't get anyone to show up or even make a phone call. Unfortunately, we've also heard from friends who recently experienced a very similar situation with Finch's. They have since hired another company to do their tree work. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Finch's Tree Service. I understand that emergencies and scheduling issues happen, but communication and simply showing up when you've confirmed an appointment should be the bare minimum in any business.

This is a true professional tree service. Licensed and insured, experienced with hazardous tree removal, and very thorough with cleanup. They removed all debris and left the property clean when the job was finished. If you're searching for a reliable tree service for tree removal, emergency tree service, dangerous trees near your home, or tree trimming, I highly recommend Finch's Tree Service. They handle both residential and commercial tree work and clearly know what they're doing.
