Once I was out of Kyzatrex, I stopped receiving it even though Gameday was charging me. I had numerous calls with the manager, Chris, who bumbled and fumbled his way through explanations over the phone about what happened. Three weeks later I received more Kyzatrex, but the wonderful effect of the first month was gone, so I was forced to start over. Chris' explanations and excuses meant nothing to me and even though he apologized and said he wanted to do something for the trouble I'd been through, nothing was ever done. More false promises. I was never able to regain the way I felt after the first month. After recent blood tests were done, McKenna, who I've trusted, said she'd call early the following week with my results. A week and a day later, after being charged again, I hadn't heard anything so I called. I spoke with Chris, and he said McKenna told him my blood work hadn't come back. I said okay, call me next week. A few minutes later McKenna calls and gives me information about my bloodwork and apologizes for messing up my order for Kyzatrex. She said she'd order again with overnight delivery. So either Chris lied to me, or she suddenly got my bloodwork. Either way, these people are very disorganized. Well, it's the day after my call and I'm expecting the medication either today, overnight/next day she said, or at the latest, Monday. Tracking info says it'll be here Wednesday, five days later than expected. I don't think this place knows what they're doing or truly care about their customers.

I needed a wax & my usual was booked, I wanna look good in my bikini at the pool today! So I was referred to Elizabeth at sleek & smooth, highly recommended by my sister. Did not disappoint, in fact she kinda blew my mind! Simple easy fast booking with plenty of availability. Text call or book online her link. Same day appointments? Wow! GPS took me directly into the parking lot & I just looked for the building & door number, went up the beautiful staircase to floor 2. The waiting area & hallways smell comfort & fresh, simple yet beautifully lit space. Elizabeth greeting me with a smile, asked the necessary questions & we got started. Her room is clean & well lit. Wax bed was comfy, clean & covered with disposable paper. She used great skill at precautions to avoid cross contamination with gloves on, several wooden sticks individually using them, etc. wax was fast!!! Exactly what I asked for, and the wow factor- I didn't feel any (of my usual) discomfort or pain!!!! I'm never going back to my old wax place!

Honestly you can't beat the attention to detail or the pricing for a really thorough wax. Plus she's great to talk to, sometimes so much that I forget she's in my nether regions! You can park on the street or there are a few spaces behind the house to park. Beware it is tight but I think her appointments are spaced out so you don't run into too much trouble. The space is in a house that has another business in it but I've never felt I'll at ease. Ariana's room is cozy and private. She is taking Covid precautions, by wearing a mask.
