They also charged me for cleaning. When the heating season came, I had the gas turned on, I called C1 again to get my boiler turned on. They still couldn't bug quitedc me to replace both valves for $4k or get a new boiler for $8500. OHA was the second company came to give me a diagnostic. Mr Bryan discovered that the water pipes were completely empty and found a spot on the radiator where the pipes were disconnected. No wonder the boiler won't turn on! However, OHA doesn't repair radiator pipes so he left me this valuable information without charging me a penny! I found a 3rd company came to repair the valves and saved thousands from the 1st company. Forever thankful for Mr Bryan!

Logan's Mechanical misdiagnosed my 2022 furnace, claiming the gas valve was defective when the real issue was corroded gas burners. They quoted $500 for a valve that retails around $200, and a total of $1,500 for the replacement which is extremely expensive based on standard pricing. They also failed to check whether the unit was still under warranty. If I had approved the repair, the actual problem would have remained and I would have paid $1,500 for nothing. I tried to resolve this directly, but the supervisor said he would call "when he has time." It has now been about a week with no follow-up, only contact from assistants. I recommend getting a second opinion before approving any major repairs here.

This serves as a follow up to my review dated on May 22, 2025 entitled "Nice is not "nice"…read moreanymore". I received a letter I received a follow up letter from Commonwealth of Virginia department of professional and occupational regulation. The letter states that no longer has a viable license at present and as a result, they can no longer proceed with my complaint. That is unfortunate. It is important to note that Nice Heating And Air was recently acquired by Michael Bonsby HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical located in Gaithersburg Maryland. During the acquisition process, I have been immediately deluged with repeated calls following up on providing future maintenance services, not acknowledging or responding to my complaint regarding service delivery. I was informed by three neighbors and friends who had cozy maintenance plans with Nice that they no longer provided various paid services for them, and thus their maintenance plans were ended. The referrals mentioned they took it in stride, by the lack of communication, no longer enroll in the new corporate maintenance programs of any HVAC company. Lesson learned.

I saw the great reviews for Perdue and decided to call them for a second opinion. As we expected, are system was working great. Eric was very good. I was excited to have found our new Heating and Air Company and wanted to sign a service contract. They had a new software system, so they couldn't send it out yet. Over the next few months, I called and texted Eric's cell and the company line where I spoke to an operator. They either didn't respond or put me off. This happened 5 or 6 times. Sadly, I can't trust a company that won't return calls or send out a service contract. Back to looking for a new company. Too bad, because I liked their work.

SMO had brought 10 gallons to pull me through and it only took a few hours for them to arrive ! I was a wreck and She was able to get my tank filled by delivery team in 2 business days and I am eternally grateful for it ! I'm staying with SMO because of her and her Amazing Customer service skills ! Please keep her and never let her go SMO. She truly deserves a raise in my personal opinion and saved you from losing a client . The other ladies were not near as helpful or acknowledging on services, delivery and everything in between. We were loyal clients for several years. This was before the Griffith acquisition. After that…read morehappened, we have been nothing but miserable dealing with them. It truly is a left hand right hand issue. We have cancelled our service multiple times and they still send a bill to renew. I ended up paying them $100 even though they said in November that everything was fine NOT to pay. Just save yourself the hassle and do not sign up. Note to ones self....they are also $1.50 more per gallon versus Murphy Oil. Just think on a 250 tank fill that is $375 more. I rarely post negative reviews.....but this one had to be done.
