DuctBusters was on time and the technicians were very friendly. The technicians did a thorough cleaning of my air handler's coils and all of the air vents. The technicians did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves. I was also shown what my air ducts looked like before and after the cleaning. I have severe allergies to the point where my sneezing can be very violent. I also have 4 cats which I happen to have developed an allergy to after my son was born. After DuctBusters cleaned up the system, my homes air quality is definitely better. I haven't had a sneeze attack or had to take allergy medicine since. I plan on having DuctBusters clean my vents at least once a year due to the severity of my allergies. Overall, I am satisfied with the service that DuctBusters has provided.
*The digital viewing was optional but I chose to do it since my allergies are so severe, I wanted to check out what was going on in the ducts since I was never offered this from other a/c companies who cleaned my ducts in the 10 years I have lived in my home. Obviously, there is no need to pay for the digital viewing every time. This was the first time I had ever opted for that service. Boy was I surprised to see what was in there. No wonder I wanted to die from my allergy attacks!!
**Love the life-time filter! It may be expensive but, in the long run, all I have to do is wash it when it gets dirty. On average I change my filter twice a month and each filter at Walmart is about $15 each. That runs me $360 a year! Again, this is a one-time fee that I paid which doesn't need to be done each service call. As they say, you get what you paid for. I've tried doing the cheap companies that advertise in the discount flyers and such, they don't nearly do as good a job as Ductbusters. They take their time and do a thorough cleaning. read more
