Flooded the inside of my car, behind beauty panels. Ruined 3000$ worth of audio equipment. Denied responsibility. Refused to provided business insurance, leaves belief that they do not have it! Overpriced, horrible detail to begin with. Half-asses. Wiped down everything once, then sprayed a ton of shiner on everything. read more

Be careful here. I would give a 0 if I could. One of their only jobs is to NOT scratch your car while cleaning it. They left one long scratch and one actual chunk of paint taken out of my car doors. I'm not even sure how they managed to leave two such large and aggressive scratches. We live in LR, not San Fran as this review showed My wife set an appointment for 10:30 last Wednesday. After waiting for 45 minutes she went the desk and asked why her appointment was ignored. The lady used the old pathetic excuse: "We' get behind sometimes". Simply a lie. We assume a walk in got her spot since they knew they had her car and felt she would not mind being ignored. I had a great experience getting my car detailed here. I called the day before to see if they would be able to get me in for a car detail at the last minute and they kindly told me to bring it in the next morning and they would make time for it. It only took a few hours and it was perfect when i picked it up! I'm a river /beach girl, so there was sooo much sand, dirt, and fur from my dog and when I got into my car after they completed the detailing and it was like a brand new car! Aftermarket compartments, added to my vehicle, internally another words inside my glove box inside my center console were damaged. duckies assumes no responsibility for any of their actions. They say that they are not responsible for any aftermarket items in the car. They also assume no responsibility for any personal items in the car. Even if those items are in the center console , glove box, etc. Items were missing from my front console, I was told they moved it to my center console after searching my center console, I could not find my AirPods pro, mysteriously when one of their employees looked for them they found them in the place, I already examined. Moving on I had a blue microfiber cloth in the center consul for cleaning my eyeglasses. There was a blue microfiber cloth in my center console. When I got back to the car however they had used it with all of their chemicals, and it was wet and dirty, and replaced in my center console, when I showed it to the owner, he said they use blue cloths and there must've been a mistake. Let me go get you a free replacement. He then brought me a green microfiber cloth because green was the colors that they used not blue it was just another false response from the owner, I would suggest you stay far away from this place. I take many road trips and have my cars cleaned all over the east coast this experience was so bad that I filed a police incident report and had two officers meet me at the scene I cannot do an entire inventory of the car when you're traveling with my wife and service, dog, and all of our luggage to see what is missing or not missing. The owner made it clear that as far as he's concerned, he's not responsible for anything other than the car the way it came from the factory. He just want everything to be my responsibility even though I never gave them any permission to go in any compartment of my car the only thing I asked him to do is wash the car, clean the windshield inside and out. That's all I wanted them to do. After speaking to a friend of mine, who is an attorney I've been advised to stop payment on my credit card charge to this place and if I find anything missing file criminal charges. I do not know if in Little Rock Arkansas lying to the police is criminal but obviously the owner lied about the color of the rags he uses to the police department. I can even show you the green one he gave me to replace the blue one that he said is the color they use. Customer service sucks the attitude of the people working there were horrible apparently the attitude comes from Management all the way down. I strongly advise against anyone using this facility or any of the other facilities this man owns. I have 4 large dogs, so dog hair is a major issue. Every time I bring my car for detailing I get it back and it is spotless , no hair. My car looks, feels and smells brand new. read more

I will not be a repeat customer. I chose Ducky's after I was impressed with a Lyft driver's car. I wasn't warned that the detailing would tie up my day like it did. I was there from 12:30 to a little after 6 pm. The car appears clean but smells like a dirty dish rag. I think the odor might be some type of oil. I didn't tip because I was charged $40 more than what was quoted to me. I would rate them a 3 but the place was swamped with customers so l'll give them a 4 for getting spots out of the back seat. But I expected a pleasant smell for $192.00 and 6 hours of my day. read more

My car window was smashed by the tornado and I had to secure it closed with a trash bag and duct tape. After replacing the window I took my car to Ducky's specifically to remove the tape residue from the door and window and told the receptionist this when making the appointment and when dropping it off. I pick it up as they're closing and she forgot to tell them to clean the tape off. They won't go ahead and do it because they're closing and I can't bring it in the following day because I'm traveling and made special arrangements to bring it in today. Of course, their receipt printer was broken, so I couldn't see an itemized receipt when paying (and tipping ‍). Simply unacceptable. Be better. read more

Outstanding detail! They did a 3 stage buff, polish, & wax on my truck and I am super impressed with the attention to detail. They cleaned and waxed the truck to look almost new (it's a 2004). They got into areas that I couldn't clean myself, like between the cab and the bed, and even nooks & crannies that I sometimes overlooked, like inside the doors, under the fender wells, etc. My truck hasn't been this clean & shiny in years! I will definitely use Ducky's now for any detail service I need and refer friends and family to them. read more

I got the premium package for $250 because my five-year-old car was in bad shape. (The car accommodates my outdoorsy lifestyle. Lots of mud, dust, dog hair, etc.) They did a jaw-dropping job. This was the BEST car wash I've had. They cleaned all the little places, every inch inside/out was cleaned. Washed my weathertech mats. It looked to me like it had been detailed but I only got the step above basic. Nice comfy waiting area. I'm glad I drove all across town to try them out. read more

Hate that I have to write this review because the staff is so nice, but I can't say I will be returning after my latest experience. I paid for the deluxe interior detail and there were certain things that weren't done. For example the back windows still had quite a bit of smudging (from my dog) and it was clear they hadn't wiped some surfaces. Those things probably would have been forgivable if they hadn't damaged the floorboard around the switch that opens my fuel door. It appears they broke a piece off and neglected to inform me that they had done so. Won't be using them ever again and unfortunately will have to warn my family of the same. read more

This was my first time taking my car to Ducky's. I would highly recommend their services. The staff is very pleasant. Many comfortable chairs to sit and relax. My car was finished in a very timely manner. 45 min. to an hour was the time I was quoted. It was done in 45 min.! My car was detailed outside and inside. It looks wonderful! read more

So I tried a new detail place here in Little Rock Ar called ducky's. I had seen ad's on Facebook for them. I will say their customer service was great. Once done with the detailing of the truck I looked at the work that was done. I was highly upset. They did a piss poor job. There was mud still on the inside and outside of the wheel. So I showed the guy that gave me my keys. Him and maybe a manager attempted to clean at it. So I stepped back and let them do it. So when I saw both of them walking away I assumed they had completed the touch up. No one communicated anything to me rather they where done or not. I Hopped in my truck and pulled off noticed more water spots on the hood. Noticed that the outside of the glass was not all the way cleaned. At that point I wanted to turn around and take my truck back up there. I thought to myself. Maybe they needed my $30 so bad that it caused them to do a poor job. When I got home I noticed even more areas that had been missed. I'm the type of person even if I don't like the service I will still pay for it cause the service was done. I will say that I will never take any of my vehicles to them ever again. read more

Took our convertible to be detailed and they didn't even raise the top or attempt to Clean it. Interior was hardly better than I could have done myself. For $89 we won't be going back Took back the following Mon and it was still a horrible job. Did not vacuum behind seats or clean middle of console read more

I took a used car that I just bought to have detailed. The outside was washed and the inside was coated in armor all. It took me an hour to wipe all the armor all overspray spots off of everything (inside and out). Interior was not cleaned. Cup holders and compartments not cleaned, inside of doors not clean, wheel covers still dirty. There was NO detailing. $150+ to wash exterior and drench in armor all. If there were negative stars I would give them. read more

Please do not take your car here unless you want round circle scratches on your car. I took my car in to just have the exterior washed. When the guy was through there were scratches all over the hood. I am not sure what he used that could have done that. Now I will be out money to get rid of those scratches and am not sure that is even possible. Save yourself a lot of money by not going here. read more

I stopped by right after they opens and got a wash and interior wipe down. The outside was decent but the interior windshield looked like it was cleaned with a dirty rag. They also didn't get all my mats back in the floorboards and I had to go back to get the missing mats. While wiping down the interior they twisted all the dash knobs leaving my truck in 4 wheel drive and my lights on different settings. When I went back for the mats I told them about the windshield and leaving the truck in 4 wheel drive. He just brushed me off. read more
