I was told that they have been charging that all along which is false. When questioned about this, Carrie said that they changed their policy. I asked for a written copy of the policy which she immediately replied that they took off the tank fee but still wouldn't supply a copy of the policy. A company can't charge more without notification of the customer first. This is illegal. Disconnected service from these people.

I was on 30% which is the threshold in which Rose Oil requires you to call. Made the call and they said they would put me on the schedule for Monday 2/2/26. I was skeptical to wait that long but also at their mercy. Called the emergency number on 2/1/26 to notify Rose Oil that I was now on 10%, same response. Called 2/2/26 that I was now empty. Said I was on the route. Even after visiting their office on 2/3/26 and explaining that I have a baby and toddler I still have no propane and a cold house. Had to pack my family up and get a room. Was a great company until it was bought out by GPM Empire. Rose Oil owns the tank so no other company will fill.
