Paid $58 for a 2 trip super special. Car was not fully vacuumed. There were crumbs in the console. And they certainly didn't get the dog hair out. Worst was my windows they are all smudged and streaked. What a waste of money. I gave a 1 because there isn't a 0. Waxhaw location. read more

I have been going to this Autobell for a couple of years now. I have the Unlimited plan and have learned to expect what it is. A quick hit or miss car wash by some kids that don't know how to properly wash a car. I figure that if i go once a week then they have a chance to get the spots they missed last time. I always tip no matter how poor the service. Todays visit was the worst, drove my car though the wash and waited behind two other cars. When the cars were finished, no one came to clean my car. there were no other vehicles in the waiting area. After waiting for longer than my schedule allowed, i got in my car and drove off. I called and complained, the person said they were waiting on towels. They can't vacuum with out towels?? read more

This place does an amazing job! It's such a great deal for the interior/exterior wash. The staff was super courteous and extremely hardworking. They did an awesome job on our truck and got rid of most of the pet hair. 10/10 recommend! read more

This was my first time ever at Autobell. It was hot today and I decided that I wanted my car cleaned by someone else and unfortunately, I should've saved my money and did it myself. I paid $30 for the special they had going on, and It looked like I didn't get my moneys worth. The exterior was done well but the interior needed more work done. I came while there was a rush so I could see why it could've been rushed but I don't think I'll be back at Autobell. The staff was nice but needs more work in regards to cleaning the interior properly. read more

Don't waste your money. I live in Los Angeles, Ca and this car wash is a joke. Just basic stuff they don't know how to do. Outside the car and on the inside. I had to help the poor guy and I gave him a tip. He tried his best, but lack of experience. Pine needles still left in the wiper bay, Trash still left in the side door pocket. They don't have instruments to get crud out of the tiny areas. Well a cloth and a small screw driver would have done the trick. My neighbor loaned my their family member's car that had been sitting for months under a pine tree. I did go home with a tip from on of the guys there! Oh, you can take the sap off with alcohol. Well that is what I am paying for you to do. Have a clean car with not trace of anything on it. This car wash needs to get on the ball and do better. read more

Absolutely horrible customer service. Been going to this car wash since it opened decades ago. Been there hundreds of times. Gave it many chances recently due to Covid, but I'm done! People working there are just kids with no personal skills and a manager who couldn't manage his way out of a wet paper sack! I waited an hour after getting my car washed for someone to dry it, and I was the 5th car. They started on mine, then stopped, skipped my car and the next car and went out of order. I wiped my own car down....some kid came over and said I didn't have to do that.....and I said I didn't want to sit at a car wash that long. That kid was the manager and said "we are doing the best we can" and my response..."I don't think you are." He walked away and never said another word to me. Some other kid apologized and finished my car...I gave him a large tip Because at least he cared. Car looked worse than when I took it there....water spots everywhere due to sitting after the wash. This place is horrible since some corporation took it over. I'll never go back and I know of many in town who share my view. Brushes and mechanical items are old and scratch a car anyway. read more

Worst wash service I have ever had from here, bugs left on side mirror, carpet half cleaned, dash and leather seats not touched. Rims were left dusty. My 9 year old grand daughter could have done a better job. I always leave a gratuity for a job done well. The young man got my claim ticket, did not give me the chance to look it over before he ran off to the next vehicle. They did not apply fragrance, no armor all. One other young man came and re-vacuumed and. Dry wiped some of what was over looked by the first guy. I thanked the second guy for his effort and tipped him. I brought my wife's car yesterday and brought mine today. I purchased the Superpoly Process service for each car. Normally that would total $52 but they had a special going so I only paid a combined cost of $41. I brought both cars in pretty dirty and both left very clean. My wife's car was extremely dirty on the inside and I didn't expect them to get it as clean as they did. I was very impressed. It wasn't as fast as the company claims but I didn't expect them to clean them that fast as dirty as they were. I'm happy they took a little extra time to get them clean. Thanks Autobell. read more

I started going to this Autobell in Wilson NC three years ago when I first moved to Wilson. Now let me describe the person that I am. When I pay $30.00 for a car wash and tip $10.00 on top of that, I want $40.00 worth of service. Having said that, there was a couple of times that I have gone and received not so good service but when I complained to the store manager.... I was made good ( in the past ). Well, to fast forward to the future, about 3 weeks ago again I received not so good service and again to the tune of me turning back around and returning back to Autobell where I pointed out the absolutely poor service that I had received in which the person in charge (not the store manager) wiped a little here and there knowing I was starting to be a pain in his backside. So, instead of any kind of confrontation, I said I would call the store manager. Now don't forget, I was going to this Autobell in Wilson NC 2 to 3 times a week spending $40.00 and I would also bring my wife's car and my churches van once a week but wouldn't spend the $30.00 + $10.00 for those two but still. Anyway, I went today and low and behold when I arrived, I was surprised to see the store manager who I have always dealt with was doing the vacuuming. We exchanged hellos and he went on to tell me that he had received my phone message but he was out of town at that time. We continue the small talk for a little until one of his helpers jumped in to help out. The helper asked if he could help me and I response was "I'm going to see if ______ was going to give me a discount from the poor service that I had received prior weeks back when he was out of town. The store manager responded "No" and he had spoke to the person who was in charge and they had stated that he had made everything alright. I responded no he didn't but if you say no ... it's no. I paid my $29.00 and went and sat down waiting the car wash. My truck went through and I'm sitting there watching this young man halfheartedly wiping, hitting and missing my truck and he throws his hands up indicating that car was done. This is where the bottom dropped out. I wish I could have included the pictures but I pointed out that there was terrible spotd and bug spatters all over the chrome mirror covers, grill, lights and on and on which was totally missed in which this young man turns to me and says "This is not a detailing shop" in the nastiest demeanor a person could do. Needless to say I go and get the store manager and to be honest I personally believe he was tired of me constantly complaining. But I explained the events that just accur and his response was "other than the chrome mirror, we can't get every stop. I totally understand that you are not going to get every stop every time but when a customer points out the obvious to you, are you supposed to be treated like a piece of trash especially after had been spending $1000s of dollars at this car wash. If you catch the store manager on a good day, you have a 50/50 chance in walking away happy but for the most part, my personal opinion, you have to except whatever they give you and I'm not that person especially when you know I am a very picky person .... don't forget the money I was spending there. Absolutely terrible. I just wanted the outside cleaned and I could not drive my own vehicle through. I don't trust anyone driving my car , and it is weird to me to let someone else doc sky car through an automatic car wash when it's on a rail the whole way. Then waited for them to get done drying and they took my car to a parking spot and parked it and left it there. They said they would come call me when it's done and give me my keys and they never did. Everyone waiting for their cars was waiting outside next to the building and they did not even come tell. So I was standing there waiting for an attendant (at 36 weeks pregnant) to give me back my car. When I finally got one of the people drying cars' attention he said no you have to come up and ask for your keys back. Just ridiculous and rude all at once. Been to this car wash multiple times with no issues. Do a good job detailing inside and out. Having a big truck and working on a construction site can get my truck dirty in all areas. The guys at Autobell get it looking close to new in a half hour or less. Be prepared to wait on Fridays and the weekend. It is worth it especially if you want to impress someone. read more

Autobell just doesn't do it for me anymore. I went today to get the rental car I'm driving washed before my trip this evening. I specifically told the person to pay attention to detail on the windows bc every time I come here the windows are TERRIBLE. Well today was no different. They are streaks all over the windows. Water spots all over the windows. And the inside doesn't look like it's been touched besides being vacuumed. I paid for the cleaning and left a tip but I will not ever return. Worst car wash ever. Went out of my way to come here because I bought car wash vouchers at a fundraiser. For 'full service ' wash I got an exterior wash only, no vacuum and did not touch the interior. Not really pleased with last visit on 2/9/2018. I spent more than I planned thinking I would get a good job. I found dirt streaks all over the rear of the car. Chrome wheels still had mud and road salt in them. It was getting late when I got the car washed so I didn't notice this until I got out of the car and saw it under the lights. The drivers side carpet was/is still dirty, floor mat was clean but still had dirt on the carpet around the floor mat. I tipped the individual when he finished. The side I could see from the bench where I was waiting looked good. Next time, if there is a next time, I will look closer. I feel like I paid $38 for a $10 job. read more

I went to the location yesterday spent 27.00 on a carwash which I was told will clean the inside and out they left stuff all over the windshield from the rag that was used left a lot of water int he back of the truck and soap so when I pulled off it went every where. Nothing was whipped down it was a waste of money. will not recommend for any one to go here read more
