Dr Chow's deep knowledge of body mechanics and therapy techniques is evident in every session. Dr. Chow has helped me manage a wide range of issues, including migraines, TMJ, post-surgical recovery, muscle strains, back pain, plantar fasciitis, and joint impingements. I rely on his care not only to prepare for long-distance races but also to recover effectively afterward. Just as importantly, I trust his honest advice and guidance in managing my overall physical well-being. Dr. Chow is an outstanding chiropractor and an essential part of my wellness routine. He is truly dedicated to his patients. He has a wonderfully kind staff who ensure you are seen timely. Boone Wellness is very convenient in a small office building in Tysons. Ample parking, modern, nicely designed office. And Boone Wellness accepts most major insurance. I highly recommend Dr. William Chow and all of Boone Wellness.

Oh, enough of the fun and games.  Tina  did a fantastic job for a newbie at QI Massage  in the business center of K&H Massage   There are a few problems that I will have to address, but they have nothing to do with Tina's massage performance or massage techniques.   1.  I did notice that during my massage, the music selections were of one song played over and over again.  I would have preferred no music be played in this case.  When I return here, I will request this. 2. I  happened to use the sheet that would normally cover my fatass, and used it to cover the table.  I did not see Tina complete the changing of the sheets, but I do hope she did this.   I am NOT saying she DIDN'T, I am just say it looked like straightening the sheets was all she did.  Also, Tina's English is still in the beginninger's stage, but she is working hard on improving her Grammer and English Language skills.  Please be patient on this...she is trying. 3.  I do recommend  K&H Massage do get a credit card machine up and running.   Walking back and forth between the two businesses can get annoying for some clientele.  Aside from those three things I noticed, my experiences with K&H Massage aka QI Massage. I will be sure to come back here again in December  2023.  In the mean time,...Happy Thanksgiving.

I've continued to follow them as they continual work hard to resolve all of my aches and pains and resolve flare ups and new injuries. Their new space is large and open with plenty of room for his previous patients who will no doubt follow them to this practice. There is a reason why I continue to see them and have followed them as they have moved several locations and practices. I've been a patient of theirs since 2011 and I highly recommend both of them for their knowledge of chiropractic care as well as the body, nerves, muscles, tension and how to quickly and easily resolve your pain. Their new location is well centered with lots of free and easy parking. It's close to 495, 267 and not far from 66. If you are in pain, give them a call and schedule an appointment. They are honest and will tell you if they cannot help and fix the issues you are having. Chances are they can as my body was a sheer mess when I first became a patient. They literally fixed the painful problems first and got my posture back and then found and corrected old and long standing problems that I didn't even know we're problematic. Can't say enough good things about these two doctors. Give them a try, highly recommend that you do.

Note: some insurance covers this, some insurance does not. Regardless: it is worth the cost. I repeat: it is worth every penny. Anyhow, enough silliness - Airrosti is a national (?) network of providers who specialize in getting you better as soon as possible. They aim for 4 sessions or less. They will impress upon you the importance of following their directions and guidance, but, it's not hocus pocus. They have their knowledge, and they apply it successfully. Now, I am not a doctor or physical therapist or anything like that, but they know what they can treat and what they cannot. They focus on soft tissue stuff, I think - so, if you're not sure, just ask. They cannot fix everything, but they can help so much of the pain and injuries associated with my favorite athletic events from endurance to lifting to intense exercise. I went about a month before a marathon, because I had a wicked injury that was not getting better for almost 2 months - essentially sidelining me. With so many races, I knew this one was bad, and I feared the worst. Dr. Bryant was honest and optimistic, but I wasn't sure... until after the first session. I was able to move like I hadn't moved in all that time. More importantly, I could, in some respects, move BETTER. Ok, yes, there was some pain involved in the therapeutic treatment, but, that's physical therapy for you, right? Within TWO sessions, I was better. By the third, we literally talked, high-fived, and I was on my way. I waited to write this review until after my race - if it was as good as I hoped, I"d be able to run the race without the nagging pain. I had NONE of the nagging pain for which I was treated return, at all. Of course, there's always fatigue and wear and tear from a marathon, but the injury for which I was treated had no signs of reappearing. I am going to register for my next 26.2 within the next few days. I am going to start a competition in the next two days. I can only do this because of Dr. Bryant - I have told everyone I know who might need his expertise to just go, and for you, dear reader, I do the same.

I've been seeing him since the late 1990's ... and I still use his services even though I now live 600 miles from the DC Metro area. He mentored with another chiropractor (Mark Smith ... now in Midlothian, VA I believe, just outside of Richmond, VA) who I had seen since the early 1980's. Gary not only is a good "adjuster" ( that makes him sound like he works for an insurance company!) but he knows all of the touch for health and applied kinesiology approaches. Also, he offers a computerized traction service (the Accuspina) that is just fantastic for those with chronic lower back problems. His focus is on your overall health. Recently, I tore a rotator cuff and needed an opinion re surgery. The surgeon who fixed my other shoulder told me to come in for an appointment to get a referral for an MRI ... not an easy thing to do when you live 600 miles away. Gary wrote the referral for me and faxed it to the MRI center, and I was able to visit DC, get the MRI, and get both his chiropractic evaluation for the injury area AND a surgical opinion in 1 trip to the DC area. This is a great example of how Gary will work with you for holistic health solutions rather than contributing to a system that perpetuates unnecessary visits, fees, and drug-surgery only approach to medical care. I commend him strongly to all.
