Dubon is a premium chocolatier who roast and make their own chocolates. The results are phenomenal. They offer chocolates in beautiful artistic individual pieces , or bars of chocolates ( unwrapped), and other confections. They sell drinking chocolates and coffee beverages. A popular draw is their port wine and chocolate pairings. The lady helping me also makes some of the chocolates. She was patient and informative. It took a lot of effort to not buy one of everything. Due to travel and temperature limitations, I asked for items that can withstand sitting in a car. I was recommended the bars due to the high chocolate content. I chose two bars - the dark chocolate with little balls of chocolate caramel and the dark chocolate with bits of orange peel. 3.50€ each. I also caved and bought the dark chocolate covered orange peel. 10€ for 100 gram. They are divine! Don't just trust my words on it. I dinged a star cause i waited til they opened at 11 am, which was a late start for me to go be a tourist, and she tells me " we just opened, the hot chocolate won't be ready for an hour. " So i went to custom house museum, had a francesinha sandwich, walked across Eiffel bridge and explored Gaia, and then back to shop at 3 pm Fortunately the hot chocolate was ready by then Here's a hint.......get to shop before you open, prepare what needs to be done, so when you open up, you can actually sell your products and not have customers leave
