This company uses Uber to pick up their passengers and preys on the elderly. A $5 dollar Uber trip becomes a $60 fare. This is extortion and these evil scum bags like Mina will go to hell for it. read more

I always get great service. The drivers have great customer service and are safe drivers! Definitely will continue as a customer!

Currently waiting over an hour right now. Needed to be where I wanted 15 minutes ago. Follow up - Yellow was here in 15 minutes and was a little cheaper for the exact same trip (I have used Dublin previously). Lost customer here!! read more

Dublin Taxi is always reliable, and always on time. I usually use it whenever I need to go to the airport. They have a fixed charge to take you to the airport, which is much cheaper than other taxi services. The only issue I've had has been with cabs that sometimes smell of smoke. But now whenever I call, I make sure to let them know that I want a non-smoking cab, and it's never been an issue since. read more

I had been using another cab company to get rides to a weekly appointment. When that company had not shown up, I called Dublin Taxi. I told their driver where and when I had to be there and they made it happen. They knew what routes to take to avoid rush hour traffic and they were very friendly. Then once I got to the location, I was told that my fare was almost $10 less than the other company had been charging me. These guys are now my first call. read more

Just use Uber or Lyft. Slow, unreliable, overpriced, it has a machine with advertisements that's annoying as hell. Think I got fleeced by one of their drivers one time. But if your phone is dead and you need a ride, what can you do? read more

We needed a ride from Dublin to CMH early. Driver was there on time and even waited 5 extra min for us. Great service, kept us comfortable. Would use again for sure. read more

WORST TAXI SERVICE EVER. I used their service for 3 days and all 3 have been TERRIBLE. We called the taxi to the ONLY sports facility in Dublin and arrived 1 hour and a half late and told us they never heard of it. Unacceptable. The fee was different every time even though we drove to the same destination from the sports facility to the hotel. And we got overcharged multiple times. I felt the fee got more expensive every time. The taxi car also had a broken middle seatbelt but the driver herself wasn't wearing a seatbelt. Using profane words really pissed me off and made me feel uncomfortable. We nearly missed our flight to the airport. She had to look up directions to the airport. I've never heard of a taxi driver that doesn't know the directions to the airport.I do not recommend this garbage taxi service. read more

Waited over an hour. Driver was very rude. He acted like he was giving me a free ride. If you call this company better of walking

Love this company! Most of the drivers are wonderful! The are quick and fair with the rates. Some of the drivers are a bit rough around the edges but that is only one or two. Cars are clean and smell good. Just to let you know there is a $10 minimum on credit cards. But all drivers can take cards either with a machine or credit slips. read more

I had a 3:45AM pick-up for a 6am flight. The booking was easy and efficient. The guy who took my booking was very friendly. The taxi was waiting for me when I stepped out of the door at 3:45AM. Smooth ride. Highly recommend these guys. read more

DO NOT CALL THEM!!! They will not show up or call to tell you they are not coming. They will just leave you STRANDED!! :( My review star is less than zero! read more

Wish I couldn't even give it one star. I called this morning to speak to someone about one of the taxi drivers flying through a apartment complex. And I mean FLYING through there is speed bumps they were going so fast the front end was hitting the ground hard. When I called whoever I spoke to was completely unprofessional when I told them what happened! I understand they have a deadline but I'd rather someone be late then a child or even an adult being hit do to reckless driving. When I told them what the speed limit is and there are children that live here his excuse was " I doubt children are out this early" Really? That's not the point at all point is someone shouldn't be speeding through a complex or anything. Disappointed at how unprofessional the man was on the phone. read more

I was at Dublin hosp & they called me this cab since supposedly to be great and was told eta 25 min to get there... almost 1 hour later he was Finally there to pick my sick body up to go home & he had No flippin mask on either and I tipped him also .. he was nice on drive tho read more

I would give it a zero if possible. They do not show up the time they say they are gonna come and just leave you stranded without no notice first saying to just wait a little longer and that can turn into an hour to them just not sending a taxi. read more

Over charged by going the long route when i asked her to go a specific, shorter route. Then when we agreed on $60 at the end of the fare, she called the cops on me after saying that i didn't pay the fare. Never use this company. read more

Just takes the taxi because I have no alternative. Consider the scenarios below and decide if you think this taxi deserves more - 1. Some drivers do not know the road - I got a driver once who needed me to turn on GPS to drive through. His GPS would not work and me being new - well, it did not help. On a frozen night, I had to get down far from home and walk to my place. 2. Some of the drivers are unscrupulous. The same route can be charged 5 dollars as well as 7 dollars. Some meters are tampered with. 3. They would pick up as many people as they wish and even if I am with someone, I do not have any advantage as I still have to pay individual rates. In these scenarios they would not go by the meter. When asked why - they would say - "You got a good deal". Edited: 6/19 - 8 out of 10 drivers are amazing people. I am editing this rating after 4/5 months and feel they deserve more than 3 stars. So I rate them 4 stars. I'll hold off 1 star due to the rare issues I have faced. 3 examples above. But I think 4 stars is still great for a cab service. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE. I waited 45 minutes in front of an Giant Eagle, in the rain, at 9pm on a Weds night for a pickup when I finally decided to call them to see why my driver was taking so long. I was told that they suddenly had only 2 cabs available that night and that they would have to cancel. My question is a) why didn't they refuse me service when I first called if they were short of drivers and b) why didn't they immediately call me back to let me know they would not be picking me up? I am glad I did not "patiently" wait another 15 or 20 minutes...because Dublin Taxi had clearly moved on for the night. The fact that this happened while my broken car waited at a nearby Midas made my night all that more frustrating. STAY AWAY! read more

Due to sudden car trouble I called and asked if I could schedule a ride to the airport in 30 min. The elderly woman was so rude and abrupt. She took my address and hung up. After 35 min passed I called back to confirm that she actually did take the reservation. She barked "he's coming". He didn't show up for another 20 min. Bottoms line is if I schedule a car service for 30 min I expect the dispatcher to tell me it will actually be an hour. I may have called another service in the area. Or I probably could have had AAA jump my battery by then. Definitely not what I expected when I scheduled it. I was lucky to make my flight. read more

Dispatchers are rude. Cabs are disgusting. Waited over an hour. Called back several times. Kept getting told 'in route'. Missed the opening of the concert I paid good money for. Never. Ever again. read more

Had a Dublin Taxi cut right in front of me tonight at the corner of Dublin-Granville and Martin. No blinker, from a red light for us both he turns right in oncoming traffic when I have the right away. Occurred on 6/4/2018 @ 9:04:54 PM. See pictures...this would have been a collision had I not purposefully avoided the accident. Even worse the driver was laughing. read more

Best deal for a taxi from Dublin to the Columbus Airport (CMH). Nice driver, speedy and $20 cheaper than the cab service we used from the airport to Dublin. read more

Terrible, terrible, terrible. I literally made a yelp account just to differ people from using this service. I was in Dublin all weekend for a baseball tournament and had to use this cab service multiple times to get to and from the fields. To start, none of the drivers knew where anything was. I was playing my tournament at the biggest sport complexes in Dublin and yet only one of the drivers I had knew where it was. The other thing that really frustrated me was how long I had to wait. It averaged out to be about 30 minutes every time and on my final ride from the sports complex to the airport I waited an hour and ten minutes (by the way the driver also had to use gps to get to the airport). I strongly recommend avoiding Dublin taxi read more

This is the best cab company in town. They always respond quickly when we call them and the drivers are very nice. The taxis are clean and well kept. I have called other cab services in the past and had to wait hours before they came. I have never had to wait more than 20 minutes for Dublin Taxi to show up. read more

Cab was late for the airport. They claim they'll be there 15 min early but were 15 min late. Not reliable or service oriented. When I called to confirm they misstated the street name. I corrected the woman but she was argumentative. I called back a second time and she gave me grief! Wow. Never again. read more

I have always been pleased with Dublin Taxi. Drivers are friendly and travel time is minimized. Excellent for getting around NW Columbus Metro area!!! Rates are "OK," but not wonderful. But, hey, when you need a ride, you need a ride!! Dublin Taxi has always been dependable for me! As others have mentioned, they arrive for pickup fairly quickly -- usually sooner than I expect them to. Dublin Taxi will ALWAYS get my business for local travel needs in this Part of the area. I can't comment on lounger trips as I have not used them for that, "yet". * * * * * !!! read more

A female dispatcher for this company was one of the rudest individuals I have ever encountered. This is exactly why I now use Uber. All of their drivers have appreciated my business. Obviously Dublin Taxi does not soooo Rude!!!! read more

WORST TAXI COMPANY EVER! AVOID AT ALL COST IF YOU ARE FOREIGNER!! They claimed to accept credit card before boarding, but upon reaching the destination the driver feigned ignorance and refused to accept my credit card even though its a visa card, and I have been using this card for other taxis and expenses. The worst part was that he refused to even attempt to TRY and charge to my card, obstinately insisting that he KNOWS it will not work. Upon contacting his manager, it was even more infuriating as she was rude and unhelpful in all ways possible. She was raising her voice and constantly repeating that she "DON'T CARE, YOU HAVE TO PAY US SOMEHOW" So please do avoid this company as they have horrible staff, ignorant and idiotic drivers and overall a largely terrible experience for me in Columbus. read more

My experience was not enjoyable. The car was clean but the driver was argumentative when I asked questions. The dispatcher gave unflattering information about a previous fair with instructions to avoid 'X' person (they used her actual name) and her credit card because she's trouble...they were talking about her believing that the company was fraudulent. I felt this was highly unprofessional. I will not be using this company again and would encourage other travelers to research the company used if you get the concierge to call a cab for you. read more

I do not recommend these guys if you are paying by credit card. The way the driver looks at you when you say credit card will just ruin your day. When you say you accept credit cards, you should not crib about it. If you do not want to accept credit cards, please make it clear. My employer needs me to use credit card for everything I do on a customer visit. I am definitely not taking Dublin Taxi again. read more

This cab company is the best. We had eight for a bachelorette party. They were awesome and cheap. We had no difficulties with the call ahead to get to the restaurantto the restaurant. We had no trouble getting a ride back within 10 minutes of calling. Cheers to our cabbies, Ryan and Kameel. Great company. Great prices. You guys made us feel welcome to Columbus. read more

Hands down one of the worst taxi services I've ever used. We figured it was reasonable to give a taxi around 15-20 mins to arrive where we were located before we started getting angry. On one occasion we waited for over an hour for a taxi to arrive at a massive sports complex. We called the company, twice, asking for an update on the whereabouts of the cab and were given generic "a few minutes" comments from the operators. On top of being late almost every time we used them, essentially none of the drivers knew any of the places we intended on going to. How does a taxi driver not know how to get to the Columbus airport? read more

I've used these guys multiple times going from Upper Arlington to CMH, and never once had any issues. They have always shown up on time, with multiple times being about ten minutes early, and that is even for a 4:45 am pick up! The drivers never make you feel bad if you are running a few minutes behind - which I frequently am - instead they have always waited patiently. It has always been a $30 flat fee from UA to airport. Definitely would recommend them and will continue to use! read more

The first time I used this taxi they were fast but when I asked if they took card they told me yes but failed to inform me they have a $10 minimum. That would've been helpful for both the cab driver and I. He had to take me to a gas station to get cash. Second time I called them I expected them to be here fast but it's been over 20 minutes and when I called to ask if the taxi was almost here the lady said "he should be pulling up any second just watch for him" and quickly hung up on me. And he wasn't there until 10 minutes after I called and asked if he was almost here. I had high hopes for this taxi company because of the other reviews but now I don't know anymore. read more

I've used this company a handful of times and never had any issue. The drivers are friendly and know their way, easily avoiding traffic. The price is reasonable and the car comfortable. read more

Do not , I repeat , do not use this company, took us to the airport at 5am in a cab that was absolutely unsafe, we feared for our lives. The wheel bearings were so loud that we could not hear our self or the driver who kept repeating it was safe but he had to take it in as soon as he dropped us off. The dispatchers were so rude I have no idea how they have a job. read more

Have cash! They don't tell you that there is a $10 minimum for credit/debit. Also, some drivers say they cannot take anything but cash.

Elderly lady on phone will confirm and hang up before you have time to say another word.

I called and told them where we were and where we were going. They ninety gave an eta so thirty minutes later I called and they said they couldn't find the apartment so they left. They didn't call to find out where we were, even though I gave them very specific directions. They finally got us, pretty quickly after that, and took us to our destination. We called them when we needed to get back, told them same thing and asked if they could do credit card, they said yes. The van got there and told me he couldn't do credit card, so we got cash, then he said he wouldn't take us cause we were too close. I know it's illegal to deny service and I should have got his number, but we were much too drunk at the time to think of it. Definitely won't be using this cab service ever again. Luckily another cab gave us a ride home. read more
