I flew to Rome Italy to get a msc cruise now when we got to the airport in out 45 seater private bus we put our bags on the weight thing so we went upstairs and there was about 20 people including like us there was 15/20 of us so... anyways we went through the scanner and went to the food area so we went up the escalator and went straight to get food but first I saw my friend so we said hi and I saw he was going to Paris so I got burger King and go on 100 out of 100 good airport. read more

This company is a rip off, AVOID THEM AT ALL COST. They charge high rates and sub contract the job to cabbies that partner with them then pay 35% to the cab driver and keep 65% for doing nothing, absolute rip off. read more

WARNING AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Arrived in Dublin Airport after pre-paying and booking one of their 5 seater cars, before booking we told them that there would be 3 adults and a CILD (this was a bit of a challenge for the driver) and we'd have 3 suitcases, a buggy and a travel cot... We were told a 5 seater would be perfect and we booked... We arrived to the airport only to have arguably one of the most ignorant argumentative and rude drivers I've ever had the misfortune. BUT the biggest issue was he wasn't driving a 5 seater nope he was driving a hatchback saloon!!! AND claimed that it was a 7 seater! Yup I asked him so you are picking up 7 people from an airport in that... OK where do they put their bags??? He then proceeded to tell us that the CHILD seat in the back of the taxi was ok... IT was a maxi cosi specifically for INFANTS (0-4 months) after pointing this out to the driver he proceeded to claim we were being aggressive... at this point we told him it was illegal for us to put our child in the seat (the seat wasn't fixed or even set up in the car and even had the cushion for new born babies STILL IN IT!) we then after the driver had abused my wife by saying he had to wait for us in the airport told him we were going to the rank and would report him... We went to the rank and found a 7 seater and were taken home. I would seriously question the honesty and customer service of this company and would make sure that you have other options available to you IF you so wish to use them... If I could give this company a 0 rating I would. We hired this company to drive us from Dublin to Mt. Juliet Estates. We expected to be picked up by a regular decent car for the 260Euros we paid. We got an old taxi instead. The taxi driver told us, he just got the call last night to pick us up and he gets half the amount we paid. If we wanted a regular taxi to drive us, we could have had the hotel schedule a pick-up and maybe arrange for a much better price. This company is a rip-off. They hire individual cabbies and make a huge profit. I wonder who pays when there is an accident????? Think twice before hiring this company under the name DAT. read more
