It's family-run, and you can really feel the care they put into everything--from the friendly service to the way your food is made fresh right in front of you. The place has a simple, cozy vibe, perfect for a quick bite that still feels a bit special. The menu is all about gourmet sandwiches and hot dogs, with lots of options to choose from. Everything is made with fresh ingredients, and their homemade sauces really stand out. The sandwiches are packed, flavourful, and honestly very satisfying.

I'm a basic sandwich lover do I got their tuna and my daughter got the grilled chicken she said it was so so moist and juicy. They have numerous toppings. But the star of the sandwich is their bread so soft and freshly made just takes the sandwich to the next level. You can get 2 sizes in the subs. They did have hot dogs and some sweet goodies but I just went for the sandwiches maybe next time I may try something else. The service was pretty fast and though they were 5/6 ppl ahead of me they were super quick. Over all one of the most solid places for sandwiches definitely lambo level. Will come back again.

The aesthetic and the attention to detail when it comes to these desserts flawless, and exceptional. I enjoyed every single bite of my dessert. It was fluffy and it melted in my mouth, and I wish I could just eat my screen right now just looking at it lol. For drinks, we got hot chocolates, and they had one of the best hot chocolates I've ever tasted, and I'm not exaggerating. It was the perfect drink and taste to eat my dessert. Location: The location is very pretty, but it's pretty casual. The seating is pretty close to other guests in the restaurant or tables of two if I'm not mistaken. This is a perfect place to go with friends or family or on a quick date or by yourself. This place looked like it was located on a main street with street parking, but because I was visiting in Toronto, I'm not sure how the parking works as we took Uber. Service: The service was great, and they were very friendly and answered any questions regarding the desserts on display to help us pick the perfect one for ourselves. They also brought the food to our table, including the drinks. I 100% would go back to this location.

The pastries and mochi breads are absolutely exquisite! I tried the black sesame mochi bread--light, pillowy, and filled with a delightful little white mochi surprise. The crème brûlée almond tart was incredible too, with its thick, eggy custard and a blueberry-almond center. And the Hitotoki matcha tart? Gorgeous and just perfect. It was my first visit, and I discovered the bakery through their 2nd-anniversary IG post. I bought about $20 worth of treats and got to spin their prize wheel--and I actually won the Grand Prize: a limited-edition gold Nespresso & milk frother kit! I literally jumped for joy. Yet another reason to love this incredible bakery!

But there was no "lava" at all... just a layer of cream sitting on a thick tart base. You do get some matcha flavour, but definitely not that rich and flowing matcha sauce I saw in those online reels. Matcha Mont Blanc - Too sweet. The green noodle-shaped topping is actually made from a kind of bean paste - not much matcha taste, but had a strong bean flavour instead. And again, it was too sweet to my liking. Taro Tart - This one was good. Taro-flavoured cream on top, with taro paste underneath, then a layer of custard with mochi at the bottom. Had a rich taro flavour. Still a bit sweet, but not as overwhelming as the Mont Blanc. Overall it was not bad, although TBH I haven't really found great matcha desserts in Toronto so far.

The place is bright and oh so clean! Spotless is a word I would rarely apply to restaurants and such, but this place was spotless. Service was efficient and quick. I got a "Russian Chocolate Tale" and an Americano. The coffee was good, a sort of standard blend, not bitter, smooth. The Tale was chocolate mousse on top of a chocolate cookie covered by a layer of vanilla-ish mousse-ish and some pink stuff. (Can you tell I'm not a desserts expert?) Both mousses were delicate and not too sweet, but I got nothing from the outer pink layer. Their selection is an amazing array of standard Western European pastries and desserts. And a Dubai chocolate bar in the $30 adjacent area if you feel like being trendy. Overall, another fine addition to the many great bakeries and dessert places on the Danforth.

We arrived around 3:30 pm when it was fairly occupied; they feature 'Happy Sour Hour' from 4 to 7 pm, during which all of their sour beers are reduced in price to $7.00. We ordered and shared two beers, the first a lager, the second a sour beer in order to take advantage of the discounted price. The venue is long and narrow, with two floors and a distinctive looking back patio. Our service was fairly prompt and they are located in a quite convenient location, literally across the street from the subway and the historic, flagship LCBO location. So I can recommend a visit if you're in the area and desire a drink and/or snack.
