I understand car washing is physically taxing and no wash via machine or by hand is 100% perfect. I completely expected my car to be clean. I had to walk around my car and point out dirt that was missed on the hood, bumpers and fenders. My windows were not completely cleaned. Some areas on my windows I didn't notice until I stopped at the store immediately after the car wash. Needless to say they will not get $45.00 out of me again. I will stick with the drive thru for my 2015 Kia Optima. My new car will need hand washing somewhere else. Totally not worth the cost and the $10.00 tip. Very disappointed as I had high expectations since I've been coming to this car wash for years and thru the change of ownership. Conveniently close to home, I've never had a reason to go anywhere else tbh. I appreciate that they always hand dry your car afterwards too, as opposed to just relying on the dryer. You know car wash dryers don't ever dry your car thoroughly enough. Also appreciate the fact that they provide you with free vacuums and there's no time limit. That doesn't mean hog it all to yourself though as there're only 3 vacuums lol. All in all, real unbeatable prices and service here. Again, not your superb detail shop, but decent for biweekly car wash needs. Protect these guys at all costs. And y'all, please don't forget to tip them! Other car washes around LB, I find myself going home and having to go in and reclean it myself. Not much to do around the area but there is a goodwill next door if you're really bored. They have a shaded outdoor area in the back where you can sit.
