He spent time with us to thoroughly explain the roofing we were interested in and gave us an estimate the same day. (We had also contacted a couple of other roofing companies for estimates. Ivan's foreman and crew had great attitudes and did fantastic work. We would use Elite Roofing again, if ever needed.

We were blessed to be assigned Matthew H. to our job, and couldn't be more disappointed that we didn't go with these guys first. Matt arrived on time, communicated throughout the entire ordeal, spent over an hour looking over the roof, offered invaluable advice, and never disparaged the other company despite the COUNTLESS issues he uncovered. We are working on options to get our roof corrected and will absolutely call Firefighter Roofing if we're allowed to deviate from the original roofing company. There's nothing I appreciate more than people who carry themselves with character, respect, integrity, clear communication, and honest feedback. This roofing company has a good one in Matt H. and I wouldn't hesitate in letting his crew fix our roof. Stay blessed and good luck on your project if/when you decide to use this team. They are amazing from the time you call and speak with Laura until the rep shows up at your home. ABSOLUTELY ZERO PUSHY SALES TACTICS, AND I RESPECT THIS SO MUCH.

I am impressed by how this company began and who they are. They are firemen, first responders, and military men who provide a needed service for others with pride in their work. They demanded to come see it, spent less than 5 minutes at the property (I don't think anybody even went on the roof) and then demanded I needed to get on the phone with them. They then condescendingly told me if I take the cheap route it would ruin the house, while not knowing who the other company is or what the quote even is to do. When I read their quote in depth the only additional think they were charging for was a roof inspection when they advertize that their estimates are free. Just a giant waste of everybody's time.
