There was one employee working behind the counter and no customers were in the store. I didn't know what they had. I walked over to the cooler and grabbed two of the cold pressed juices which were okay. Then walked up to pay and saw they had 2 paper menus sitting on the counter but never noticed those. The past two times I have come here both times the employees were late to work. I was here at 8:59 and walked up to the door expecting it to be open since they open at 9:00 by 9:07 they finally walked up to the door in a rush and opened it. Today the gentleman who opened was on the phone talking to someone, rushed up to the door, didn't acknowledge me, rushed inside, then finally asked what I wanted in a rushed manner. It was awkward! Not even a "I'm sorry you had to wait" or anything acknowledging that I was waiting outside for awhile. Last week, the same thing happened but the lady was friendlier and I had to wait outside with a lady and her young child. They also didn't give me my change both times. This is really disappointing considering the smoothies are delicious. I don't understand how there is no prepping that's done before the place opens. I do love the smoothies but they are on the pricier side but I'm giving a star because they offer bee pollen and are like the only place in the area that does. If you want to come here make sure to come after they open just to make sure you're not waiting.
