To start, I will say that the selection and pricing in this store are amazing. I've shopped all…read morearound Nashville for furniture and was very impressed with the quality and selection available. That being said, what you see is not what you get. My wife and I purchased a piece from Value Furniture that was in pretty good shape, but had a couple of blemishes. The sales person assured us that their touch up guy is "the best in the business" and that when they deliver the piece it will be fully touched up and look brand new! However, this promise was certainly not kept. As far as delivery goes, the company first said they would be there on Monday, so my wife and I planned our night around them coming and then they called and canceled. They rescheduled for Tuesday. The next day rolls around and the same thing happens...they call an hour AFTER the scheduled delivery time to say they will not be there until the next day. So now, our third delivery attempt comes around and they FINALLY made it three hours LATER than scheduled. Not only did the piece show up with the exact same blemishes, but apparently it got a couple new ones while in transit. Then, to top it all off, one the the knobs had completely fallen off and the delivery guys had to go find it rolling around in the truck. They handed me the knob and said I "can probably find a way to reattach it by going to Home Depot." I was very impressed with the in-store experience, but have been incredibly disappointed in their follow through and delivery. Highly doubtful that I ever shop here again.

Additionally, customer service tech (even a supervisor) did not know how this washer works so I was out of its use for 4 days AND had to be home all day so poorly trained installer could stop by to tell me "it takes 2 clicks" to start. Also, the dryer vent hose was too short and the clamp holding the hose was too loose and fell off. I will get away from them at the first opportunity.

I had a very disappointing experience with Azumia Leasing. Their customer service is absolutely…read morehorrible. They do not stick to their word, especially when it comes to honoring promises about late fee removals. What you are told on the phone does not match what actually happens on your account. The delivery of my equipment was also late. I was told one date, but it ended up arriving three days later than promised. Because of that delay, I missed two days of work, which cost me over $380 in lost income. They offered me one month free for the delayed delivery, but when I looked at the numbers, that did not even properly compensate for the wages I lost. Two days of missed work alone totaled over $380. At one point, my power was out for 14 days, and there was absolutely no empathy or urgency from their team. Instead of working with me, they were quick to shut off my service when it wasn't warranted. However, when it came time to restore the power, it took six or more hours. The lack of consistency and professionalism is unbelievable. Between the stress, unprofessional behavior, poor communication, unwarranted fees, and lack of accountability, I would not recommend this service to anyone--unless you are prepared to deal with constant frustration and unnecessary headaches.

Ewing Outdoor Supply is a terrible company. I tried them because my landscape guy suggested I…read moreorder my landscape lighting bulbs from them. Their pricing is ridiculously high (almost 8x higher than Home Depot or Lowe's) and their shipping cost equally ridiculous. They charged me greater than $17 for a SINGLE small landscape bi-pin bulb and then charged almost $17 to ship me this single bulb (no, it wasn't an overnight delivery). With tax this little purchase for a little bulb cost me $37. By the way, when you go to their website and find the bulb they reference a "case size of 10 bulbs" leading you to believe you will be receiving this many bulbs. So misleading!!! Shame on me for being fooled by these guys. Don't let it happen to you.
