What should have been one of the happiest days of our lives was disrupted by the MC's unprofessional behavior and poor attitude. The MC got into an argument/heated conversation with me (Bride) and Groom during the reception. This level of disrespect is absolutely unacceptable, especially on such an important and emotional day. Instead of helping create a smooth, celebratory flow, the MC's tone was dismissive and at times even combative when asked to correct mistakes such as the order of the wedding party entrance to reception. I got so overwhelmed . My bridesmaids and bridal attendants of the venue noticed the tension, and it cast a shadow over what should have been joyful moments. Thank god for my bridesmaids and bridal attendants jumped into action and tried to fix it. The MC still messed up entrance names and order. We expected professionalism, adaptability, and a supportive presence -- especially from someone hired to help lead the event. Sadly, we received the opposite. Having previously worked with Above All Entertainment for DJ services at my wedding, I noticed they now offered photo booths and decided to reach out. Mauricio was incredibly responsive and took the time to thoroughly explain their photo booth packages. The pricing was perfect, so we booked without hesitation--and the rest, as they say, is history. Our guests had an amazing experience! They enjoyed texting or emailing their photos instantly and loved using the AI and digital holiday-themed props. Above All truly exceeded expectations, and I'll definitely be reaching out to them again for our 2025 events.

Stay away at all cost!…read more While attending an all age event that commissioned Above All Entertainment to take photographs, my wife and I attempted to get our photograph taken (a service we paid in advance for). We were told with extreme rudeness that we missed a cutoff time (understandable, but the way we were spoken to was completely unacceptable) and that we would not be refunded. When I asked if I could at least take a photo with the event's backdrop (which they do not own) with my own phone, the co-owner, Melissa, met me with extreme rudeness. Her colleague, Shimmy, then spewed prejudice, racist comments, curses and threatened to physically assault me. The event coordinator and security ended up intervening on my behalf to address the staff. What was otherwise a perfect event was completely ruined for myself and my entire party that I attended with (including my wife who left the event in tears). This was an absolutely horrendous experience. I urge anyone who is considering this company for any event to stay away at all cost!
