For both visits, they went very smooth. Finding my selections was no problem at all. The staff always welcomed Sophia and I during our two visits and were willing to help any way they could. The process didn't take long for me to select two pairs of shoes to my liking. And Sophia purchased a pair the 2nd time we were there. Checking out was definitely a breeze with staff and was seamless. There's not really much to add except that I was very pleased with the experience. I went to the Good Feet Store last month after a last ditch effort. Both doctors, with X-rays, confirmed that I had arthritis with bone spurs and maybe therapy would help. The first doctor talked me into a cortisone shot. It didn't do a thing (I completely regret it) I finally booked an appt with the GFS and went the first of August. After a 2 hour appt with Brice to find the best fit for me, I walked out with a 3-part system. I followed it to a tee. I missed exercising and I wanted to do it again so I was determined to get my foot back, plus my hip had started hurting so I had started walking completely different now. I looked funny walking, and hated it. Anyway (gosh I sound like an influencer, i promise I'm not), I did all the exercises I was supposed to do but I found that the arches weren't enough for me. I needed more. Don't get me wrong, they helped a great deal, but it wasn't the perfect fit for my issue. I had a 1 month follow up today. I saw Milan (Brice wasn't there). He remeasured my foot and it had made a difference, but I told him my concern. I know I frustrated the heck out of him but he listened and after 45 minutes of trying different arches, I came home with some new ones to try. I walked Sam's Club for an hour in them after I left and they felt great. I am so happy. It may be expensive but it's worth the investment by far! It's a lifetime guarantee and sometimes it's not just your feet that need alignment but it's other areas, like your knees or hips. Thank you GFS!

The cinema really isn't the worst, the matinee prices are great and they accept military discount so Tuesdays are a great excuse to catch a movie for 5 bucks. You can walk around and go in and out of the shops as you please; Victoria's Secret, H&M, Francesca's, Bath & Bodyworks, Barnes & Noble and Finish Line (which is grand for fitting you with the correct running shoes for YOU in mind, and offers 20% military discount). The Bad: Shops don't seem to be able to stay open around here. I've seen a few come and go over the years and it sucks. And don't get me started on the additional PTC tax... but that's a story for another day. So overall, not bad Peninsula Town Center, still plenty of work to be done though!

Employees are friendly and willing to help; one even allowed me to use their non-public restroom. It was a #1 emergency! Store is clean and well lit with an average amount of space to browse. Nike, Adidas, Vans, and New Balance were once reliably stocked in sizes needed by our entire family. Now, I've noticed stock has dwindled, not to mention replaced by "other" brands like Reebok, Fila, and K Swiss. This approach is further complicated their pricing strategy. Inflation aside, we used to score those popular brands for ~$20. Now, there's less of them with nothing under $40 WITH SALES! I understand the desire to introduce more variety; however, I'd selfishly suggest NOT sacrificing the availability of more relevant/popular brands.

She then tells me I have four items to which is her mistake because she realizes it's 5 items like I told her. I try the clothes on. I come out all the clothes in my hand. Ready to go look for more items and different sizes. I was taking all the clothes with me. I give her the piece back she says will you be taking them with you. I say yes she goes on to say well let me count them. Now I know for sure this is not protocol. She counts all the pieces and I left them right there. I've worked in retail you don't count the pieces people are intending to buy. If you are going to have workers that are going to stereotype customers hire new people. Maybe around 230-300pm. I won't be back.

I was in a rush that day and felt forced to sign up since the lady who checked me out wouldn't finish ringing up the rest of my things. As stated, the process should've taken "3-5" minutes, yet in total i was at the checkout line for over 10-13 minutes. I am upset and will not be shopping at this location again.
