After a terrible wisdom tooth…read moreexperience with a new dentist that had already had no care for respecting appointments, the ability to be professional and amiable I was quickly in search for a new dentist. I found this place by the means of a Google search and was very happy that I did. My dentist is Dr. Bruno Carre and while he takes a more supervisory role, most of the standard work is done by his very competent team such as Jen and Chantal who are simply wonderful people that makes my visits something I actually LOOK FORWARD TO. Every appointment is practically on time, done professionally with no issues. EVER. I got my last 3 wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Bruno Carre and he was AMAZINGLY EFFICIENT. You're in and out within 30 minutes or so with a tooth removed without any issues. He even called back the next day, THE DENTIST HIMSELF, to make sure things were well. The first time it happened, I was shocked. Every visit for cleanups is done by his team and I never had any issues and they always get the job done properly. The site has been recently upgraded and is now a very modern looking building split into two with some beautiful decor. Almost club-like! When seated in your chair, you have a beautiful view of the street. You can also pass the time looking or listing TV/Music as you have access to two televisions. One in front and the other up in the ceiling looking down at you if you're leaning back during dental work. Their equipment is modern and your file information is on a computer screen. They always go through images with me to show me... well... how badly I clean my teeth. LOL. Honestly, if they are still accepting clients and you're looking for a new doctor, this is the place to go. No doubt about it.

I have been a patient at this dental clinic for a while now. Having been unhappy with my previous…read moredentist, I searched online for dentists that are close to my place. The service has always been great. The receptionists are courteous and efficient, I never have to wait long. The clinic is very clean and well equipped and they have been really respecting the covid19 safety measures. I have always been treated by Dr. Rahayel too who is excellent at her work and very friendly. If things do not change I will not have any reasons to look elsewhere!

Such a waste of time, specially since they called to reschedule. Very unprofessional. Called from there another Clinique and they saw me right away. This place is to be avoided.

I would not recommend moving all day on a Saturday then seeking emergency dental help on Sunday,…read morebut if like me you find yourself in this position let me save you the panicked hour of calling dozens of supposed "emergency 24hr dentists" who never answer the phone or return your call and whose automated phone systems send you in a sysphian loop of pressing 1, and just tell you: there is this dentist in Ahuntsic who will see you if you get there before 1pm. He has a nice smile and calm, professional manner. His receptionist and hygenist make you feel kindly and competently cared for. Despite being in a humble and bedraggled building, the office is clean and comfortable and not at all alarming. I was seen within 15 minutes, carefully examined and X-ray'd, had the details of my slightly bizarre and sudden situation explained to me in a way that I could understand even through the move-and-tooth-pain brain state, and then he did the mini surgery on the spot. I felt no pain throughout, he checked in with me often so I didn't get the panics, and it took under half an hour all together. He carefully explained the prescriptions, and even though it was emergency pricing it cost a lot less than I had feared. Most importantly, the ballooning pain in my face is gone, and I can get back to unpacking boxes.
