A few month ago the wire that was placed behind my front teeth after my braces fell off began to come loose and finally it fell off. I called them right after it happened and left a message, a few days past and no one returned my call. I left three messages with no called returned. Over the holidays, I finally managed to get an appointment after a few months of trying and getting no answer, but by this point my front tooth had shifted quite a bit. I spoke to the dentist and they said it would take many weeks to get a wire. I moved away for university and work and was not able to stay within the time frame. Because of their neglect and disinterest in their clients my teeth will now need work to get them fixed. I would highly recommend visiting another much more professional dental clinic that treats their patients with respect and dignity. Another word on the dentist that I consulted with over the holidays. She was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful placed the blame on me. This problem would have been avoided had you called me back, but unfortunately you did not.
