I've been coming here since 2012 n I really love how calming the atmosphere is. It really helps someone like me with terrible gingivitis. I wish my dental insurance was better tho...or that the staff would offer a fixed payment plan or something, but otherwise can't complain. I grinded my 2 front teeth down to lil nubs by running on the pavement back in 2012...and the work Dr. LaForte put in to fix those buggars was phenomenal. I can at least smile until we do a more permanent fix in a few years. Equally u should see how well he repaired, so far, 4 of my boyfriends front teeth (they used to be black and he fixed them to brand new white!) They really take the time to recommend a proper treatment plan and they are totally willing to let u decide what gets prioritized (my boyfriend needed teeth pulled but he really wanted a nice smile so they repaired the 4 front teeth first at his request). I trust these guys 100% and come here with my clients too.

After getting my x-rays done (it was my first time there) I had my teeth cleaned by Maria, who was courteous, fast, and very good. Afterwards, I had a session with one of the dentists there (I don't recall his name), who was very friendly. It took about 90mins all up, but the results were great.

The clinic itself is very clean and up to date with the technology. The staff is friendly and professional. My dental hygienist, a woman from Senegal (i say this because i am very bad at remembering names) is the best i've ever had! I simply adore her! She is very soft spoken. She takes her time cleaning your teeth and is always making sure if you're comfortable. My dentist, Suzanne David, is also very nice and attentive. She most definitely knows what she is doing. A lot of experience under the belt! Now i would of given this place 5 stars but here is why i didn't. I came in the other day to have work done in my mouth. In the middle of the procedure, Dr David left the room to go tend to another patient in the other room. I waited at least 15 minutes with metal and plastic in my mouth. My mouth was wide opened for 15 minutes!! This wasn't the first time. I guess it's normal to overlap the appointment, but i don't think it makes it right to have a patient waiting that long. Especially with their mouth wide opened! This would be my only complaint. Other then that, i am a satisfied patient and will keep on coming here until my original dentist comes back ;)

They're not pushy with upselling stuff like some other places I've been to, and the hygienist was surprisingly gentle (which has not been my usual experience lol). The assistant will call you, when it is time to plan regular appointments and my own schedule has been always accommodated. The hygienists do such an amazing job and needless to say Dr Dinu who took over the clinic few years ago is a great dentist. Le Campanile clinic is definitely recommended even if you don't reside in the neighborhood.

Probably the worst dentist I've ever had. This former accountant was very impatient and also…read moredidn't seem super confident with her work. I had three fillings done, but I don't think they were all necessary. (I visited another dentist a year later and was cavity free.) One filling was poorly made with respect to my bite. I asked her to adjust it at the next appointment and she charged me 100 bucks for a few seconds of the polisher/grinder! Worst of all, it still didn't quite fit together like it had before and eventually the stress point simply chipped off (yesterday). During one appointment, she had a temp hygienist at whom she yelled throughout. I seriously wanted to no-show the next appointment, if not for wanting the bite fixed!

When we arrived there, the administration was rude and unfriendly, the dental hygienist were wonderful and the dentist did their job however the whole culture is not promoting trust with kids. Its about making money, as fast as you can as soon as you can. My daughter was crying and the dentist basically told her to deal with it. She had a cavity and I accept my responsability however, she was sent back with some black product on her tooth and when we called back saying she is stillin pain, they dragged their feet and added more product and finally the cavity has migrated to other teeth that ended us having to give her 8 crowns. When mentioning to the dental place they told us we would be on a list and thats it, no rush no follow-up. My daughter was on advil and tylenol three times a day and yet nothing was done. We went to another location which I will not disclose , they managed to get within a month the meeting and perform the action themselves. Not only this, our new pediatric dentist is also trained in childhood psychology which meant that my kids now feel confident to follow her into her office and let her check their teeth. This is the difference between a culture that promotes trust versus to Dentistry Saint-Charles which promotes quick profit and loss of customers. I will never trust this center with my kids again.
