When I called them about it they didn't answer their phone at all, called 10 times over a week and left 2 messages which they completely ignored, so don't bother calling. So I emailed them and they rudely responded that the drone does work, which it obviously doesn't and sent me some BS about how the cam says its not calibrated, they say it is but with their track record so far I find it hard to believe. Then they refused to respond to the other issue which was an error message which wont let it even take off. They are clowns and I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy! Just go to DJI and they'll do it right. Also they're way to expensive, don't waste your time!

This is the ONLY place for any high quality 3D printing. Of all companies in LA, this is by far the…read morebest. I needed a very special 18" statue printed in matte SLA resin. I got quotes from several places around town. Hollywood 3D Printing, for example, quoted me 3 times the price I got from There You Have It and didn't seem too interested in getting it done; maybe they want to stick to studio work. Everyone at There You Have It were extremely nice, responded emails in a timely manner and actually picked up the phone (!!!) the couple of times I had to call them. Exceptional customer service, the print came out better than I expected and the finish is stellar, completely smooth and the level of detail is out of this world. I literally cannot tell, except for the weight, that my statue is not white marble. Best of all, my order was finished less than 24h after payment and they were kind enough to work with me when I sent a courier to pick it up. I will definitely come back and will refer them to all my friends and clients. This is how you do business, LA!

My wife had a heart attack and subsequent stroke. I had to leave the house unpacked and totally in the hands of the TLC crew to follow the paramedics to the emergency department in Northridge Hospital. My realtor, my neighbors and the TLC crew stepped in and coordinated the packing in my absence. They performed an extra extraordinary job for us. I could not have done a better job if I had been present I can't speak more highly of Tony, Phil, George and the entire crew of TLC without reservations I highly recommend the TLC for local or cross-country moves. My wife had a partial recovery and we all took a photo of the crew. I hope the crew can post the image with my comments.

They customized my grad sash really quickly, communicated well, and overall made my week!…read more They responded to my email request within a day and provided a clear quote and timeline. They charged $60 for a total of 4 additions (definitely better than other quotes), and estimated a 5 business day turnaround. When I got there, they kept their word and Jackie showed me the different flag and font options they had and sketched them, making it a lot easier for me to preview and decide whether to go forward. I paid upfront, and I got a message just 2 days later asking me to approve the placements and everything. Surprisingly, they finished it just one day after I approved it, even though they'd originally estimated a 4-day turnaround (including the weekend)! When I picked up the sash, I couldn't have been more pleased! Jackie's communication and friendliness really helped with my apprehension about possibly not getting what I'd envisioned.
