I have worked with DSignage on multiple projects. Our first project together was way-finding, from beginning to end DSignage was professional, innovative and aware of the customers needs. They listened to every detail of what we needed, sat with us for countless hours until we got it right. That led us to various other projects. We accomplished way-finding in strategic places, a donor wall honoring contributors and a very large outdoor video wall portraying a waterfall for serenity. So apparently after trying to get into contact with someone for a week for a new restaurant my company was starting for digital menu boards, they decided to come back at me saying that their business was too busy for me to be a potential client/customer. Now thing is I have been working in the industry for a very long time dealing with customer service restaurants and all that nonsense. For someone to judge me before even finding out more details on the project I am working on is seriously lacking in judgement. Unfortunately for them I run a consulting business as well and I will not be recommending their business for any future restaurants/businesses I work with. I hope with this review they will change the way they view their incoming new potential clientele. From the way they follow up with people and from the way their receptionist picks up the phone seriously lacks customer service, customer retention. I would highly suggest people who think to use this company for digital signage to research other companies such as Connected Signs, Scala, truDigital as an alternative. read more
