Looking at other reviews I was worried I would never hear from them again but to my pleasant surprise, they did actually communicate very well and with kindness and understanding. I heard back well within a day every time. Eventually we came to a satisfactory solution and I even got some refund. If you return your items you should pay delivery courier then exchanged items shipping fee again . You cannot exchange items or return at warehouse. It means you need double pay for courier fee for poor quality items. Not exact quality and printing condition of rugs. read more

I ordered a toilet shelf from these guys(Dshop). As soon as it got delivered, i assembled it and realised that the quality is very poor, the frame is thin compared to the image they have on their website. I dismentled it and packed it away for a refund. I took pictures and all and emailed them and explained what is wrong with the merchandise. They offered me a voucher, which i refused. It makes no sense to me to get a voucher when I didnot purchase by a voucher. It was not on sale either. They said that they will charge me postage, i am ok with that. The merchandise was $52 and they offered to refund me with $39 and no return label was sent to me. Which mean I must pay for the postage and still get less than I paid them for the merchandise. Have purchased from Dshop a couple of times but will no longer. Unfortunately, a side table I had purchased has chip marks and what appears to be faded paint marks. With the understanding that products are not necessarily expensive and probably not the highest of quality, you still expect your goods to be free from blemishes. read more

We purchased 4 x pillows from dshop.com.au The pillows arrived flat as pancakes with poor filling. Repeated emails to dshop customer service resulted in us bring told to fluff them up in a clothes dryer!! Purchased a tier 6 wooden bookshelf 31/08/2024 $127.26. This product came damaged on the box, they delivery guy smashed t on the floor I have security cameras. The panels to assemble were also damaged and not numbered to enable assembly. The instructions also were for a scientist to figure out, hard to cypher as no sequence, luckily my partner put it together although the product is damaged with cracks and doesn't align and won't stand up. I have addressed this with the company only via a helpdesk as they don't provide a phone number and they refuse to refund me even though I sent them screenshots on their policy. They have avoided it like the plague and wont refer my case to a supervisor as I have asked multiple times. I have constantly addressed to them that I am warranted a refund but they keep avoiding me with we have put it together wrong, which I have explained we haven't and tried their way but it is still damaged and they come up with another excuse. They refuse to help me, they won't give me any contact details, they wont exchange my product and they wont refund, this product is faulty damaged and quality is made poorly. As per rights I addressed this ASAP and I am getting nowhere with the 18 emails to and fro. Their policy states damaged product warrants a return but they wont return it or refund it. I have checked their reviews, and they have done this to every single customer. To me, this is fraudulent and a scam. i would like help with this as they seem to play with peoples money and take it and never refund it. I did get a computer generated email 22nd March asking "How would you rate the support you received" ????? Email sent 10th Feb'19 I purchased a Varossa Gazebo "HEAVY DUTY" on 28th November 2018 and am very disappointed in this product, already roof canvass has a tear in it, the white strap to secure the roof to the frame the stitching has broken and the black button that adjusts the height from one leg has come loose. What a nightmare. $560 for a bike that has such terrible problems it is a danger to ride. Pedals falling off due to cheap metals and machinery. Gears don't work. Paint and coating is horrible. Fork, handlebars and seat loose whist riding. And avoid the lock in the middle at all costs. Just avoid the purchase altogether. And don't event think of contacting them for a refund. I ordered a dish rack from this company and was really disappointed when the item arrived rusted and of really terrible quality. This is an item that is going to be used in a wet area so should not easily rust, little lone already be rusty on delivery. I contacted them and they would not refund my money even though I offered to return it to them. I would never buy from this company as they are not interested in providing quality products or customer service and the products they sell will just clog up landfills in 3 months (if not immediately) as are not designed to last or even be used. Dshop does not deserve even one star. These scumbags are quick to take your money but will not refund in full when product is faulty. Bought a desk which looked rather large in the photos. Only gave height and width measurements. The drawers do not actually extend all the way out to the width of the desk top so unable to fit an A4 size folder or paper. One drawer panel was shorter the the other so unable to assemble it. One side panel had 3 chips in it and the strip had peeled back on one edge. Upon requesting a full refund, they claimed I'm only entitled to new panels or a measly refund in part. Will never deal with these crooks again!!! read more

Worst online retailer i have ever used (and i have used hundreds if not thousands). Ordered a spin bike which eventually turned up almost three weeks after purchase. The bike was extremely small to the point that I could not even ride it - customer service are very difficult and breach ACCC responsibilities as a seller. The item did not have any size details on the listing so an assumption that it was 'industry standard' and appropriate for all was made. They have now forced me to unpack the item to take photos - which is ridiculous when an item is the wrong size and after 14 messages still will not offer a resolution. I ordered two desks that arrived in okay condition, came with an absolute shit instruction manual all in Chinese and the desks were the wrong colour so paid to send them back for a refund. They were super quick to reply to my initial enquiries but soon as the product was returned and I enquired about my refund, nothing - absolute radio silence. It's absolutely ridiculous, this company offers products with extreme discounts which just draw people in only to scam them out of their money and provide them with a shittest of shit products. I wish I had read more of these reviews before purchasing, the amount of people waiting for refunds is unbelievable. I contacted paypal to organise my refund and dshop didn't even respond to the dispute. They know what they are doing. Terrible management they sent my parcel all over australia except for me in adelaide, it went to Brisbane, Cairns and Sydney, then became untraceable, it has been returns to them via cochranes,the original person aramex outsourced my details, been waiting a hole month, I want my money back, do not trust these people with your card, they have stolen from me, the item has been sent back, as cochranes could only deliver on australia day, and that didnt arrive, now I have to press charges on them to get my money back, I am $400 out of pocket and no item. They have no phone number to ring, for dshop as they have no phone number but have an australian abn, now it will take me legal fees to take them to court and will be reporting them to ACCC. Dshop phone number is discounted. You can chat with them. When I asked them where they delivered my parcel they show me picture of my parcel and little bit of griund asking me if this is my place. Firstly if I could opt for 0 stars - that would be the score- 1 is generous for this lot. I ordered a desk from Dshop that was supposedly worth $169.95 RRP. When it arrived the quality was APPALLING. Metal components weren't soldered together properly, wooden parts had messy edging that was coming off and the assembly instructions were unusable. Their website advertises a money back guarantee if the customer isn't satisfied, but when I tried to get a refund they pointed me to an enormous list of their loopholes to get out of providing a refund. After a lot of back and forth they completely stopped replying to my emails, and there is no way to contact them on the phone.
