Dr. D's was constantly late to every day they were scheduled to work. Multiple times throughout the process the tiles were cut short or not mounted properly which resulted in my having to purchase more tiles. In these instances, Dwight did not take responsibility or it and attempted to explain it away. The final product on the fireplace has chipped and cracked tile and the wood trim is not even and is cut short. Finally, after the work was finished Dwight gave an adjusted price for the change in work scope, which I had asked for throughout the process. When I attempted to have a conversation and ask questions about his final quote he became irate and threatening while yelling at me. He did paint my laundry room and spray painted my fireplace, but he agreed that this we a courtesy and would not be used in reference to any negotiations with the original job. He was veryuh unprofessional and I would not hire him again. read more
