Listed business hours until 8:00pm, thinking there is no way. I called just before 8, Chris answered. Asked me to text pictures. Had a call back from him almost instantly with a price quote. Texted an estimated arrival time on Saturday morning, showed up during timeframe he estimated. Spring was replaced, and he took the extra time to replace the rollers I had purchased and been meaning to replace myself. All of this was done before 1:00pm on Saturday. Very happy with the professionalism, quality of work, and recommendations provided to make the door work better and last longer. I highly recommend Chris and Gear Garage Door.

It was a lemon from day one or installed wrong. I had other garage door companies maintain and adjust it but it broke constantly. Probably spent the same amount repairing it than it cost. I first called A Plus who installed it and the owner was so rude over the phone. constantly interrupting me and condescending There are just some owners that don't know how customer service works, especially to women. I've worked with many vendors throughout my reno and some were great and others were horrible like APlus. Will probably get a rude comment from the owner as some people just can't believe that they fail sometimes and don't have the customer service knowledge to make good.

For me the answers are: Yes! Yes!! Yes!!! He's a sweetie-pie and very pleasant to work with. Not to mention knowledgeable, quick, fast, and efficient with his installs. This is key - he even cleans up the worksite after he's done!! Every time I've called Jeremy, he's answered. My sensors got off kilter a couple months after install and he guided me through. I even called some months later to inquire about possibly purchasing a garage screen door. Jeremy took that call too and walked me through some considerations. He even gave me some referrals for other work I needed done around the house. The 5-stars is real! Jeremy honestly earns (and deserves!) every one of 'em. Professional, shows up on time, installs perfectly, and overall a good dude. I am beyond pleased!! Give him a call. Tell him 'Lamonda's review' sent you (lol).
