We moved into our rental on Oct 1 2015 and from the beginning the place was a mess. it was dirty,…read morethere were holes everywhere, there were wood paneling missing and scratches like a dog or cat had gotten in. We made note of everything including emailing Linda who was in charge through coldwell of the property. It was like pulling teeth. Everything took longer then the 10 days that is required by law in washington. But we stayed because slowly things were happening.....even if it was 6 months later. We moved out on June 10th and received our deposit back, but noticed we were charged for things that had been noted when we had moved in. (I have the emails, texts, and papers and pictures). When i called, i was told by the receptionist that linda had not done the walk through (even though her name was on the paper as doing so) but that she had with the owner. So I am being charged for items that were known about and who knows what else but linda didn't do the walk through because she was out of town for 10 days even though her name is on the paper work. When i talked to linda she gave me the run around per the usual and I had to call back a week later. When i did, she said she had spoken to her broker Rod who now all of sudden did this walk through with the receptionist and owner but I was not told about. He said that he is going to stand behind what they are charging us. However, when I asked Linda about the items that we had emailed to her about she said that she agreed, that they shouldn't be on there! But that there was nothing she could do. So here I am posting a review. I was lied to, the paper work was forged, and money is being withheld that can be proven that should have been given back to us. Not only that but the amount for items being charged is insane.

If you do rent from them take pictures of literally everything or they will overly charge you for small things or things that are not your favorite fault.
