When Ash came to look at our setup, he was in the attack 10 min and back down. Ash was the ONLY plumber who told us that our hot water heater was on max heat and was very dangerous. He was very knowledgeable, taught me how to better manage our next water heater. Other plumbers took 30 min or so to come up with an analysis and quote.... and all were higher in price and "salesy". Project: Water Heater Installation…read more Alex was professional, arrived on time, extremely experienced and polite. He was scheduled for a repair on various items relating to gas. After the diagnosis, he made a few recommendations ... not an upsale but a requirement due to the age of the unit. Ultimately, a new water heater was installed plus other items. The project was completed in a timely manner. They cleaned up nice and hauled away everything. After a few months, the inspector reported the water heater was manufactured in 2005 and hence, out of warranty. I contacted Alex and he responded. It turned out the inspector made an error which resulted with incorrect information. The unit was manufactured in 2025. This goes to show you Alex will not ghost you after the work was installed and invoice was fully paid. He will help you with whatever you need after the work has been done and paid for. That says a lot about the business and its integrity. Character counts! I highly recommend Alex! You be glad you did!
