My home is 2000 sqft and 4 yrs old but I know the vents are dirty from construction so I have wanted to try this. Ad says $8.00 vent and free return line, Plus free Dryer vent cleaning Bla Bla. When they arrive right they away unload their equipment and start working! I said wait, what's the cost? Super nice technician reply's, we will get to that we just need to look everything over. Grates are coming off, machine is turned on and 20 min later I ask again! The guy says don't worry we won't go over the "Coupon" without discussing it. (No idea where the coupon is but no price listed on it anyway!) Thinking oh well how bad can it be. An hour into it the technician now has a clipboard, pictures and wants to go over everything. He says they located some kind of mold plus all kinds of stuff. Shows me my options and it starts at $543.00, second option $900 then the full package $1800! Plus they want to sell me "life time" filter for $129. and UV purification system for an additional $349! OK, I'm not cheep but WT-! After I have a minor stroke the technician says to give him a min and he will call the "manager" and see if they can offer me anything. Of course they can and its like $900 all in! Anyway, I know they are filthy so I authorize the minimum, which was still $300 more then anticipated and guess what, NO FREE Dryer vent, as I didn't opt for the full package! I was handed the bill and a review sheep that had to be filled out in front of this nice young kid. The guys were actually super nice and courteous but Two hours later I was out $543.00 That is $271and hour, more then most Attorneys make and they are out the door! The equipment used was a vacuum and electric drill.. Contacted "Cheryl" (Said I could use her name) at the office who advised she is their customer service person. Very nice but after explaining it I basically learned this is their sales model and she will pass my concerns on. Right wrong or different this is just like Tim and Kim's experience! Just a follow up! BBB has many complaints against this company and no recordable Address! Everything has been returned to sender that they have sent.

This company is very trusworthy, communicates well, and provides service at a fair and readonable price. He also used a lemon-orange essential oil disinfectant at the end, which made the house smell delicious and clean and amazing. Tim is super personable but engaged in no pointless small talk, which I really appreciated! When I hire someone to do a job, I prefer that they come and get to work and Tim totally did. I would refer HyperCleanBoise to everyone in a heartbeat and absolutely hire them again if we ever need another service like this!!!
